I showed up 45 minutes early in my reservation the the representative gave me problems about me being 45 minutes early and that there were no cars for me. I had to wait 45 minutes, then went back to the counter when I was there at the time they gave me no problem when I came outside there was literally 100 cars available so basically the representative just try to make make my life difficult and waste 45 minutes of my time

Crap. Super long wait times and then told by rental agent for $10 I could upgrade to a new car. Sucker! I did and guess what, he lied. LOL That was not a new car, not even close. It had over 20K miles, scratches, smelled like smoke and had a cigarette burn hole in the drivers seat. Took so long to get it I decided to just keep it rather than go back and wait in line since they were out of cars to begin with.
Budget lives up to its name and really sucks

The overall rental experience went as expected with no issues. I am leaving a review because this is the second time in the last two months that I have rented from this Budget location. Both times, the gentleman who worked at the final booth as I drove out was there. His name is Avery and I felt motivated to write a positive review because on both occasions, he was extremely polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm hearted. I can tell he is a kind man and I hope that Budget receives more mentions of him by name because he certainly reflects well for the company as a whole. I will continue to rent from Budget and also wanted to mention that the woman (didn’t get her name unfortunately) who received the vehicle on my return was also a wonderful person to interact with.

Horrible customer service by the manager and representative. When asked for manager ( they said his name was Mike) when the representative was not polite and clear, the manager came and without even saying Hello or listening to What is the issue. he said you can get service from somewhere else- very unprofessional and rude - refused service- the reason for that we asked is this a policy to scan passport for rental car for people without US license-
Ended up renting from them cause i had no other alternative but definitely don’t recommend this place if you are looking for good service.
