I absolutely love this beauty supply store. The store is super big, super clean, everything is well organized. The aisles are nice and wide so you don't feel like you are on top of anybody. The employees were nice. Everything I was looking for they did not have to guess they directed me to each item I was looking for. The prices are not bad either. My braids look so good.

I went to the store to purchase a wig, and I was told that I couldn’t try on the wig but I don’t understand because if I can’t return it, I need to be able to try it on to make sure I like it. This place is a scam. They been going out of business for a whole year. That’s just a lie to get people in the door, that’s a lie. They told ? you lost another customer.

Perfect beauty supply store that has everything! Human hair wigs that they have are beautiful and amazing! There was a very nice lady that assisted me with my wigs and I ended up buying two :) perfect shopping experience! I will be back . Representative in the wig section was knowledgeable and patient…. Fantastic customer service rendered by a very knowledgeable store associate named Nyra , who not only knew exactly where to find what i needed , but possessed detailed information about the specific needs for people with various types of hair and skin, rather than run of the mill general information that applies to anyone! This store is VERY well stocked ,and you will more than likely find everything you need at prices that simply can not be beat ANYWHERE! Hello I travelled A 30 minute drive to this beauty salon and unfortunately it was not open. The Google time that it had on there was not accurate and it said that it closed at 8 PM but unfortunately it closes at 6 o’clock. Also it gave me an address but unfortunately, the address that I got when I arrived to this location was 420 S . And unfortunately, I drove 12 minutes to that location that was posted on the door and it was not an accurate location. It took me to brown apartments .
I then called LV beauty supply on 1136 Decatur and I was so happy to speak with Rocky. She has amazing customer service. She blessed me with Grace time to place my order on the phone. Sam helped me as well checking out when I arrived, as well as Erica thank you so much I highly recommend going to 1136 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89102 location excellent customer service

I was profiled in the store and the owner admitted that he was watching me to make sure I didn't steal. I have never stolen anything in my entire life and some creep watching my every move made me feel uncomfortable. I'll stick to buying my beauty supplies online or from black owned businesses because I know for a fact I don't deserve to get talked to like that.
