Nasty experience. Very rude. Never told us goods are NON REFUNDABLE before paying. Wanted to exchange/refund then tells me its on receipt. So rude. Dont even have gift bags. Worst store ever. NEVER RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY

I got very good promotions and received great service from the employee Bob! It was already closing time and he still looked for me the products I wanted with great patience! Great seller!!

Super impressed with the level of customer service I experienced while shopping here yesterday. 4/16/2022. Karla was amazing! She helped me find alot of shirts and was very patient with me from beginning to end. (Im very picky lol) I will definitely be coming back next time I come to visit from LA. Great selection of quality clothing and superb customer service! 10/10!

I like to come here once in a while i had a great customer service with Angelica… she was awesome helping and giving out the best for shoppers and not worrying on people’s lifestyle, that seems the best thing to do anywhere to have a happy face… thanks ?

They almost violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by refusing Service to people who medically cant wear masks. The manager was dismisive but allowed me to shop. The looks were not appreciated but at least they werent directly disrespectful.

The manager abused me for just looking at suits. Apparently the suit I picked from the rack wasn’t my size and I should have asked for help. I hadn’t even tried it on I just wanted to look at it. I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone let alone a customer service professional. It’s pretty clear this guy is bad for business based on other reviews who mention him. The mall was packed but this cavernous store was silent and empty. I found another Hugo Boss outlet at the Simon mall outside Palm Springs a few days later and spent up big. The staff there were friendly and helpful.
