I stopped by to look for a few things that I wanted to replenish in my makeup collection and I was immediately met with a kind and welcoming staff. Robert attended to me and he was very friendly and helpful. He was in no rush to close the store even though I arrived shortly before the time the store would normally close. He invited me to return for some Christmas shopping and gave me a generous amount of samples! I love this place and will definitely be back:)

Discovered this store when I came to LV in 2020 and have found the associates very helpful and friendly. I am often in a hurry and so far they have helped me find what I need right away. Recently, I have been very impressed with Ami who has helped me find exactly what I needed when switching to different skincare products due to the desert climate being so hard on my skin and organizing what I needed when leaving for a trip. It is a small store with usually one or two employees working at a time, so when it does get busy, patience may be needed while waiting for one's turn. However, I find that the store has plenty of product testers and other interesting items to keep me busy while waiting. The rewards program is also great and is a good way to discover new things via free gifts with purchase. Very pleased with products offered and customer service here.

I have never had a good experience at this store. The sales people in the store always either seem to be too busy to help me or they act they are doing me a favor. This store has some good products (when they are actually in stock), but their prices always seem to be expensive. So, if you're willing to do your homework, you can always find better deals on line.

I hate for this to be a first review but might as well, hoping things will improve from here. While in town, I was searching for a specific product but wanted to make sure they had stock before driving out there. A lady-I believe it was Amy-was helpful over the phone, letting me know which items they had from the line even though the one I called about was not available. I even called back about another brand which she confirmed they had so now I had a reason to visit. They are located in a nicer shopping center near a large restaurant (North Italia). I walked in where there were 2 visible employees while the male was helping another customer. However the older, red-headed one (female) looked up and went right back to her phone, as she leaned over a display. As I looked around, I saw one of the brands towards the back and I noticed she had wandered aimlessly over there, still on her phone. She saw me approaching but instead of greeting or asking if I needed assistance, she just slowly walked away, still looking at her damn device. I picked up the tester of the product and the male associate asked if I was doing okay, even though he was still with the other lady. I appreciated the fact he bothered to acknowledge me as Red still stood by, useless, but I noticed she glanced up as she saw I was holding a product. I tried this tester out, then put it back as I already knew I was going to purchase it, just not there. I don't believe the woman in question was Amy, as I believe she would have done her job properly so I don't know what was going on with this associate. Otherwise, they seemed to have a decent selection, slightly smaller than other stores I've seen but I'd call ahead just to make sure. Hopefully you'll get someone as friendly as Amy, or that nice man who was there on the daily I went.

Come here for all your facial needs!! Violet will take GREAT care of you!! She is so kind and very professional. I had the hydrating facial and it was amazing and much needed, especially in this dry desert weather.

The Staff in there are so nice and helpfully. Answered all my questions even gave me a gift bag on my way out. Definitely would recommend anybody who has skin irritations.

The most welcoming beauty store I have ever been into! I came in the first time and was greeted by Farah who took the time to understand my concerns and suggest a few products. I was amazed at her knowledge and willingness to provide samples to let me try many products before purchasing (with sensitive skin that likes to react this was amazing to me!). On my next visit I was able to meet Harmonie who went out of her way to listen to my questions, always answering with honesty and not just for a sale. She has led me to some great new brands, especially their own m-61 line. Clearly the staff make a huge difference to an experience!I have now been numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The store is always impeccably clean, bright, and has an overall great atmosphere of people that actually want to be there. The products are of high quality with some of the biggest names in beauty in the store. This is my new beauty go-to!

Stopped in while I was in Las Vegas to get a color match for some lune+aster CC cream I had heard about...I got a color match and so much more! Farah and Emma were amazing! So knowledgeable about all the products and I left with some pretty awesome products and great instruction on how to use them! Great place, great people and their m-61line rocks! Thanks ladies for all your help...I will be back!
