Wanna share my experience with BB Offroad. I’ve been going to them for the last 3 years. I bought every for my truck from them. Supension, metal bumpers, Baja lights and reagearing my 2016 tundra. Trevor, Alex and Jake are very knowledgeable at their craft. Had issue with my Baja lights n Jake n Alex took it upon themselves to call for my warranty replacement.

Was speaking to the owner of the shop, helped me out with a great deal on parts, amazing 2 day return time after handing them my keys. Very helpful information and answered everything I needed. Will definitely take my truck back to them for future work! I am satisfied.

This shop was highly recommended, I had them install the suspension hardware/parts I ordered online and utilized their install service for my '23 Nissan Frontier P4X. They did a fantastic job with the lift and levelling of my truck. The drive on the pavement especially imperfect road, ruts and manhole covers very controllable and smoother over the bumps which is a big improvement over the OEM suspension. Definitely will return/use them for any accessories on my next project.

I hate to have to post anything negative, however BBO did a really bad job on my carrier bearing, drive shaft and u-joints. I ended up having to take my vehicle elsewhere due to their negligence, and they are not willing to reimburse me for the extensive damage they did to my vehicle. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY from the owner Charles Moore! I'm so disappointed in a company that calls themselves Battle Born. They don't deserve that name!

Prob worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. Never pick up the phone, scheduled to do an alignment, oil change and install TPMS, dropped off my car at 8:30 in the morning come to pick it up at 6pm and only alignment had been finished. No phone call, no communication. I get they’re understaffed but the lack of communication is the worse part.

I caught a flat tire on the way home and I was looking for a close by tire shop came to this one they weren’t able to sell me a tire they didn’t have my size tire in stock BUT they were truly helpful. My spare tire was also flat so they were able to fix it and put it on for me free of charge. Their service was so pleasant I would give 10 stars if I could!

Picked up a new truck in Arizona and spent a weekend with las vegas with my girls. The new truck needed some suspension work done and Jake from battle born offroad was awesome. He helped find everything I needed at an amazing price. He kept me inform of the installation process and even had a couple of the guys stay labor day weekend to make sure we got out on time back to the Midwest. Battle born for the win

I purchased a Bakflip MX4 bed cover from Battle Born Offroad. I can not say enough about this place. The customer service was amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional and very good pricing. I had the cover shipped to San Diego and I received it within a few days of ordering it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them again for future upgrades to my truck.

I posted on a Ford Bronco Facebook group that I was looking for an aftermarket rear bumper, and someone in the comments tagged Jordan at Battle Born Offroad, and told me to reach out to him, before I was even able to send a message Jordan contacted me was super friendly from the very beginning, he gave me a lot of information and best of all, he hooked it up with a super killer deal.
I highly recommend going to Jordan and Battle Born Off-road.
