My husband just bought a Swarovski spotting scope in the optics section from John. What a great salesman! He set up different scopes so we could look through them and make an informed decision. He was very knowledgeable about different setups and talked us through the different options that we could do. Thanks for all your help despite getting grief from your lead. Bass Pro needs more salesman like you!

No 38 cal or 22 cal.
They suggested that I order online first.
I suppose if I ordered first I would be satisfied and it would be 5 star

This Bass Pro is 30 minutes from my house but it's worth the drive. The mermaid show is fun for the whole family and kids love it. I picked up a gift card and other Father's Day stuff for my brother and there was a big Father's Day selection. I even got 10% off a gift card with the Father's Day logo on it. Always friendly service and huge selections no matter what outdoor things you do.

I bought my first gun, a Colt Python 3-inch, from this store last month. When I got home, I noticed the rear sight was missing. I returned to the store to report the issue. The staff told me, “Don’t worry about it, we will order a new one.” They refused to provide any paperwork and said the sight would be “sent to your house when it’s ready.” They also told me, “You’re lucky we’re not taking back the entire gun and reordering it.” The manager and his associate seemed eager to rush me out and not address my concerns.
I still haven’t heard anything from them and do not have a rear sight for my first gun. It’s been a disappointing experience for a first-time gun buyer.
