I purchased a Mercedes SL 500, and promptly took it to The Mercedes-Benz dealership to be inspected.
1. Battery was going out
2. The sam unit needed to be replaced
3. The motors under each seat, the driver side and the passenger side needed to be replaced.
Total repairs was going to be $8000.
I took the car back right after inspection a week later from the Mercedes-Benz dealership, I gave the car back to them, and I was refunded my down payment, that was the only good thing that came out of this!

We recently bought a car and in less than 3 weeks car started having lots of issues including check engine light turning on and other lights on dash also and spare tire was slashed with car jack missing its just very very disappointing people be careful

I want to give a big shout out to Raymundo and Eddie for their awesome customer service!!! All the staff were very kind, professional, and welcoming.
I went in around 9:00 am to look at a Ford edge.
Raymundo helped us right away. Once seated at his desk he introduced us to his boss Eddie and then walked us through the lot to see if there was anything else we liked. Once they brought out the first car, the Ford edge, we test drove it and we knew that was the one. So we talked and Eddie informed us of the prices we would have to pay. He did it by giving us the worst case scenario. Then he went to his office to contact our bank and see what kind of deal he could work with themThe bank's system was down so it took him 4 hours of talking to the bank but when he came out he had come out with numbers better than we had asked for!!!
When you drive off the lot you have to have full coverage insurance already. And when you get full coverage the car has to be at the insurance place so they can take pictures. Well Raymundo offered to go with us to get the insurance and Eddie agreed to let him. Now I'm a proud owner of a 2018 Ford Edge!!!

So I recently wife and I went looking for a car and we're met with Marcos the sales rep who assisted in looking for a car. My Wife and I had particular models we were looking for and Marcos was fixated on showing us a car that he thought suited us, and was not knowledgeable and did not have any answers to the questions I was asking.. all he kept saying is Idk, and going back and forth with the manager asking the questions we asked him about the car and the situation with the car a 2013 Honda Civic. We ended up speaking with the manager and trying to negotiate a price than what the were asking which was 14,900 and we're trying to reduce it due to Paint damage in the whole top of the roof and paint scratches, when i took it for a test drive I noticed the motor mounts were in need of change. The suspensions and the shocks were shot and when I asked him about he said idk it drives right. After speaking with the manager saying he can't do the 12,500 we asked to drop he stated no and were on our way out Another Sales man by the name Kelvin Pimentel got our attention and asked us about the models we asked earlier he had already had some in my mind and also had the answers to our questions and also gave more detailed information into the process of the whole first time buyers. He took us to another dealership showed us a car took us on a test drive came back me both and my wife liking the car, we got it and thankfully for the experience we had with Kelvin at Baja. If you want the right sales man who knows and understands what you want it's him ?.

I had a very bad experience from the start. I spoke with a sales person. I don't even remember his name, he had an accent. We told him what car we were looking for and he was browsing the computer and every time he had a car up on his screen we had to ask every time to see the vehicle he pulled up. We came across a vehicle we were possibly looking to purchase, 2013 Honda civic. Had some sun damage and was sitting in the lot for almost a year. My husband took it out for a test drive and he found some problems with the vehicle. Suspensions and shocks were shot, Motor mounts were vibrating really bad. It also had a nasty take off pull. I can only imagine what problems the engine or motor could possibly have. They wanted $14900 for the vehicle which was too much for the problems the car was having. We offered $1200. The sales person was horrible at answering questions and kept saying I don't know to everything we asked. We spoke with the manager and informed him of our concerns with the car and he mentioned he could have it fixed if we were to purchase. I told him that the car had been sitting for almost a year and that if he wanted to fix it, it should have been fixed a while ago. He rejected my $1200 offer. We thanked them for their time and were walking out when Kelvin Pimentel approached us and asked what vehicle we were looking for. At this point I was already just wanting to leave but I gave him a chance to help us and we sat with him. He was very thorough with the process. He was very friendly and funny. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and was pleased with. He went as far as taking us to one of their other locations and surprised us with a vehicle that I actually was interested in. We brought the vehicle back to the original location we were at and talked numbers. Kelvin made everything so easy and fast from start to finish and I walked out with a 2015 Camry. I HIGHLY recommend speaking with Kelvin. He knows his stuff and will get you the right car your looking for. I Would definitely come back after our experience with Kelvin.
