HUGE WARNING DONT BUY HERE,
First, let me start it off by saying when I went to surrender the car, I was being recorded by a bigger man who works that he had his RV parked in the front I guess he lives in any who after I told him not to record me because I was very compliant So I didn’t understand why he was recording me. I told him not to record me and he kept recording me on his personal devices when there’s already cameras inside of the store, I wasn’t sure why he was recording me when I let him know it’s It’s making me uncomfortable and he kept sneakily recording me and telling me he wasn’t recording me. I’ve never met a bigger scum bag in my life. This man should be in jail highly disgusting, also another matter is when they sell cars to you the cars don’t work. They get the cars for a little bit of less at an auction and they will sell anything to you. I repeat all there cars are lemons I have filed a complaint with the state of Nevada for FTC for both locations along with legal assistance. For illegal activity that goes on at these locations .

These guys are amazing to deal with I felt completely helpless in finding anyone that actually wanted to help me find a reliable car I bought my car from them 6 months ago and it gets me to work everyday and I’m in a way better position in life because of it I would recommend anyone I know to these guys!!

I'm writing this review for my aunt (she's not very good with computers LOL) because she had such a great experience with the staff at Auto Planet. They discussed options with her, found what's right for her budget and sent her home in a quality car. We definitely recommend!

Horrible place to purchase a car!!!! Don't buy a car here!!! We bought a car here and literally 3 days later it broke down. When we bought the car they claimed that if we experienced any problems to bring it in and they would have their mechanic look at it, but the mechanic was never available. Now, we're still stuck with paying the loan on a car that's not drivable. Horrible!! Worst experience ever wish I could give them no stars.
