My double oven and broiler stopped working.
The door to the oven was locked and wouldn’t open. Damian fixed it!

Monty at Appliance PC is the salt of the earth. We were without a/c for several days. The hvac guy was just giving us the runaround. I ended up taking things into my own hands. I scaled the roof and repaired the unit with a fan that Monty had configured and guided me on how to install. Round of applause for APC

Just had a mini split system installed by Don and his great team of experts. They took the time to make sure everything was done for both functionality and appearance. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Just wish I could remember all their names to give them the credit they deserve.

I purchased a LG gas valve from alc and when your buying something they are over nice but if you want to return a item like the gas valve I purchased they find every reason to not except it they told me I used it and I didn’t it still was in the box and I never took it out or used it but they kept saying it was used and that they don’t like being taken advantage of which I replied was very rude they shouldn’t talk to me or any customer that way. I would have left no stars but it would not let me so definitely o stars I won’t ever buy anything from them ever again. Beware

I have to tell ya, I'm not much for reviews. Everyone one we come in contact with these days wants a review. APC however, deserves a review. These guys are so great. Been dealing with them for years. From a trim part for my refrigerator to a complete heater and ac install on my last house. The other day my wife called me late in the afternoon and said vents were no longer blowing cold. Not a call any of us want. It had been sometime since we last spoke but got on the phone to Dr. Don and instantly he still remembered me. With it being later in the day he didn't know if he was able to pull off any magic that day or not and he would call me back. With a little moving things around he was able to get us back up and going within a short amount of time. Nothing of course is ever a guarantee when we as customers have an emergency. This type of old school customer service is nearly unheard of these days and so glad they are out there. Never change APC and I'll be with ya forever... Thanks again for caring about us customers.

Dr Don and his Service Crew were awesome in repairing our AC! Our upstairs unit went out and they got right out. It ended up being just a capacitor, which was covered by warranty. A lot if companies wouldn't be that honest. It gives you a sense of peace and security knowing you're dealing with honest people!

Don and his service team at APC recently ordered and installed a brand new split system (condenser and furnace) for us after our 20 year old system gave up, and we are extremely happy with our experience. They provided a very fair quote and were responsive and transparent through the whole process. Although APC is mostly known for their parts, their service team is top notch. They’ve helped us with several other appliance repair projects and are always responsive, professional, fair, and take the time to educate us about the projects, especially since we are big into DIY, which I love that they support. This is a trust-worthy group that does quality work - grateful for all the help they’ve provided us. Thank you again, APC!

I will say that all the guys I've delt with at APC are always good. Customer service is great. Albert saved me about 1400 dollars on instalation of a part and had the part on hand instead of waiting for an AC company to get it maybe thursday. Thank you for your help and knowledge.

Dr. Don and the service crew were absolutely amazing! For a very reasonable (lower than anyone else you can find) rate, they fixed a leaking issue with my AC that I needed done ASAP and came the same day! They wrote up a report I needed and got to me swiftly. I highly recommend this business.

This is THE place to go for HVAC parts. Purchased a replacement condenser fan motor and capacitor, and the older gentleman that was helping me told me everything I need to know about doing the job, fitted connectors onto the wires, and gave me great advice for the installation. All at a very reasonable price. 12/10. I would give more stars if I could.
