Unprofessional and Ineffective: A Review of AJ Cleaning Service
I am writing this review after numerous attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction with AJ Cleaning Service, all of which have been met with silence. It is with regret that I have to share my experience, but I believe it is necessary to inform others about the subpar service I received.
From the onset, the cleaning provided by AJ Cleaning Service was far from satisfactory. Despite their claims of providing a thorough and meticulous cleaning service, my experience was quite the opposite. I found myself constantly having to point out areas that were overlooked or poorly cleaned, and even after multiple complaints, the quality of cleaning did not improve. They have returned a couple of times after the cleaning to correct the initial issue, but the retry was just as bad…
What's more, I provided photographic evidence to the owner, hoping that this would lead to some improvement or at least an acknowledgment of the issue. However, the response was disappointing. Not only did they fail to take responsibility for their substandard service, but they also stopped responding to my messages altogether.
The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is alarming. It is clear that AJ Cleaning Service is not worth the money they charge. I would strongly advise against using their services. Their inability to clean effectively, coupled with their poor customer service, makes them a company I would never recommend.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. AJ Cleaning Service has proven to be a disappointment and a waste of money.

Switching our house cleaning service from my previous people have been the best decision. Adrian and his wife are so nice, professional and do an AMAZING job!! I love how they take their time to make sure my house looks amazing and don't just do a fast job to get in and out. Adrian and his team are fantastic. They are always responsive and do a great job. As a Realtor, I always need someone for clients. They have done move out cleanings, carpet cleaning and weekly cleaning, each time it's top notch service. They clean my personal home bi-weekly and he is fast and efficient. My family normally uses clean/non toxic products. On the first cleaning I told him and gave him my products, by the second cleaning he had purchased all the products I use to clean my home for his cleaning. It was truly above and beyond. I wouldn't consider hiring any other company. I have recommended the to many clients and friends. There isn't a better cleaning service, Adrian and his team are the best I've had. They came in and did around 4 hours and did amazing. From getting tops of pictures, dust from area on shelves with tiny nick knacks. I’m going to be using them every two weeks now.
