Took my AR15 to Sam at shop in vegas, he immediately found why my rifle was no ejecting, and fixed. Awesome service, friendly staff. When I asked about a different handguard, Sam put one on for free, never even charged me for guard.

I had a BUNCH of questions today regarding the ATF pistol brace rule, accessories, purchasing, and shipping to out of state FFLs. Ms. Noemi was able to rattle of ACCURATE answers to EVERY question and even gave me great advice on my next purchase. She was more knowledgeable than both a manager and sales “specialist” at a local (big name) gun range here in Dallas—they were sending me WAY off the right path.
I can honestly say that Ms. Noemi provided me with AWESOME customer service today. You could hear the enthusiasm in her voice and I could tell that she enjoyed what she does. As a retired Air Force Veteran, her attitude and professionalism reminded me of some of the stellar, high-speed Airmen I’ve supervised and I would have LOVED to have her on my team!
I very rarely take time from my day to do online reviews, but today I felt obligated to make sure this young lady is recognized. To the owners of ABC Rifle Company, if you are looking for a new team lead or manager, she’s right under your nose! In this new era of self checkouts, apps to find items yourself, and declining customer service at the big name retail stores, she truly represented your company WELL today! Please take a minute to thank her, as hers is the type of customer service, knowledge and energy that turns new customers lil myself into return customers!
