Bought my Singer sewing machine from them back in 2002, I take it in every 2 years or so for maintenance. And it still works like a dream. Can't say enough good things about them.

Highly recommend this place. My husband and I brought our 35 year old Sears Kenmore cannister vacuum to him. The hose had holes in it and we couldn't find another one anywhere. Mark, the owner, looked at it and said he could replace the hose and tune up the motor. We left it and it took about 4 days before it was ready. I was so surprised when I saw it. It was cleaned up and looked almost new! He replaced the hose, extensions, brushes in the head, filter and bag. It's like a new vacuum. I am so happy that he was able to save it.

EXCELLENT! 5 Stars! So happy I found this wonderful shop! I needed new replacement power cords on several vacuums. They did the work super fast & at an amazing price. I'm so happy with them I wish I had more items to repair so I could come back! Highly recommend!

I brought my Riccar sewing machine in almost a year ago, and the people there were the nicest people. They fixed my sewing machine in one day and didn't charge very much. I actually bought it from someone for $50 and wasn't sure it was fixable. I am pleased to say it is still working and going strong. I highly recommend this place for the service and great customer care. Thanks A1

I only write reviews for services that are very very good or very very bad. I’m happy to say this is a very very good review. I brought my Miele vacuum to A1 for repair (they are authorized service center). The people are friendly, the prices are great, and they had it ready for me the next day working perfectly. What else can you ask for? I guess that’s why they have been in business for 40 years. This place is a gem.

Mark, is a great person to do business with, service is great, prices are great. Over the years I have bought 3 sewing machine and 1 serger from him, if I was not happy with the man, prices and service would not keep going back. Not sure you could fined a better person to do business. Mark, thank you, for being a great person.

They charged me in advance and lied to me that they had the parts and that my machine would arrive in a week to pick it up and they would pick it up and they didn't change the bad part and they stole my leg from my machine, don't take your machine, they steal the parts and they won't They fix nothing and they charge me in advance. That Chinese guy is a thief. They steal your parts from your machine and they left it bad. My machine was stolen from me. They stole my money and the parts from my machine. I don't recommend these people. They are thieves.

I looked all over town and online to find a belt replacement for my vacuum cleaner. Couldn't find it nowhere. That was until I was referred to A-1 Vacuum and Sewing who had what I needed! I would recommend them if you have trouble finding a particular part for an older vacuum cleaner, just be sure to bring it with you so the correct part can be matched.
