Molded Goods, Disappointing Service
I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this store. Despite its reputation for being better than the Chinatown location, my purchase of a red bean bun and fried star-shaped tofu turned out to be a disaster. Both items were molded upon opening, and I hadn't even touched the rest of my purchases.
When I called to address the issue, the manager's response was lackluster. Instead of apologizing, she simply said you have to bring it in for refund, disregarding the fact that I live 40 minutes away. Her attitude left me speechless..i was like you need to check the items you have on the shelves
I expected better from a store that prides itself on quality. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short. I won't be returning, and I want to warn you to check all items you got from here

It's one of the cleanest asian grocery stores. They have good sales every week. Every time I go in there is something new to try. Most of the cashiers are friendly. They also fry fish for you upon request.
