I’ve been going to the store for a long time now, so I kind of actually have some context but every time I come by this store and need something it seems like something’s broken. Today The cooler is broken the other day the lights kept going out and the registers stopped working. it sounds like you guys need to do a lot of maintenance on this store. But personally, I will not be going back here. I’m sick of poor service. I was trying to buy some beer after my workday, but their excuses as to why there is no beer in the cooler is because the cooler is broken. So you cant just serve beer warm? What does the cooler being broken have to do with the beer being here at all whatsoever?

We went here at 2:38 am. The only employee at the register whose name started with an M, refused to honor the free slurpee promotion between 6/28-7/11. We told him to check the flyer in front of the store on our way out. While we sat in our car getting ready to leave, we saw this guy come out and read the promotion flyer. We asked out the window if we could claim our free slurpees, and he still told us nothings free. I think he was trying to pocket the money for the free slurpees.

Terrible service, the people that work there are very egotistical and they do not accommodate and would rather propagate their ideology’s. It’s a convenient place to go for nonchalance items but besides that, the staff is completely full of themselves and like to talk about themselves.

I like the morning shift crew. The guy with the green hair and all on his shift with him and the older woman with the box braids but the guy that wears the hood over his head in the night does too much. I know he is trying to move fast and multitask but it's rude and doesn't give a personal touch.

So there's this older woman in there that works morning. She's a African American woman. She clearly doesn't like doing the loading (William Hill, prepaid debit cards, Station casino loads) etc. When dealing with other cashiers they scan my phone or my card, load the money and I'm on my way, with her "the system is down, tried it with someone else earlier and it didn't work" the system always seems to be down. I even went back the same night and reloaded and the system was actually working. Everything I go to that 7-Eleven to make a deposit it works when there ANOTHER cashiers but with her it just don't seem to work. Either she's super lazy or she has a personal problem. I just think she's lazy because I do notice when she gets customers she's rushing them to and away from the line and because of her I don't even go to this 7-Eleven anymore.

Walking in, first impressions don't leave much to be said. It was clean from first perspective. The main problem was with the slurpy machine. It seemed to be neglected poorly.

7-Eleven will always be the same redundant experience no matter where you go. At this specific location, I was warmly greeted by staff that expressed a joy for their place of work. Being a rewards member, the workers told me of a deal / promotion for an item that I was just about to purchase. Being that it paired well with the coffee, I went ahead and picked up a blueberry muffin for $2. All I can say is that both of those items hit the spot. My wife and I are always sharing small purchases like this one, so we were able to satisfy our sweet cravings while running errands on this side of town. The area itself is ok. Not the safest, yet not as bad as some of the surrounding neighborhoods can be. They have handicap parking and accessible restrooms. This location has a decent sized store and also serves as a gas station.
