Decent staff sometimes, not all the time. Literally in the middle of the ghetto, police regularly cruise the store because it's a known spot.

925 a.m. June 18th cameras need to be checked staff member was mentally unstable should not be working at a register or at a job why would an owner of any company allow a person like that to be the face of their brand and be the forefront of their business after that situation I refused to spend my money there I would love to know who owns that store just to ask what's wrong with you are you running a business or a? smh

The guy with the dreads working on June 1st 1:30 am couldn’t get his name because he was hiding his name tag under his jacket has horrible customer service the Spanish woman on cashier was doing all the work by herself and the line was almost to the freezers and he’s busy stocking shelf’s then he decides to help her and hop on register he didn’t greet me had major attitude rolling eyes had his hands on his hips and acting more annoyed then the customers that were standing in line he needs to be retrained on customer service because it’s horrible and makes your store look really bad horrible experience at this location. HORRIBLE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ but the Hispanic woman cashier was very nice

This place is ghetto. Every time I walk past this location, there’s nothing but thugs and thuggettes. Most of the store employees are not much different from their customers. The employees either stand around talking to other employees while not attending to customers; or will go outside to hang out with some customers from the neighborhood.If this was not in my neighborhood, I would never frequent this location again. Please 7-11, I understand this location is in an undesirable area, but can we at least do a bit better?
