Do not shop here. They intentionally are falsely advertising lower prices on items they are out of stock on to get you to pull in and buy something else.If you actually had gas, you would have priced it so low. This is blatant false advertising.

Ordered a big bite, pricier than other 711s. The hot dog is not fresh, and as you can see a lot of condiments are missing. I had to ask for mayo, the elder gentlemen is helpful though

At 2am, wanted a late night bite. A lot of 7-11s in the area stop serving hot dogs & taquitos late, but this is one of the busier locations, so they still had hot food

If I could give this location negative stars I would. Went to put air in my grandmothers tires and I was 1 quarter short. So I exchanged $1 for 4 quarters and went back to the machine and it reset the amount due. I went back in and asked if they could turn the machine on and they told me it's not their problem and said I could put more quarters or call the company and complain.

I Had 2 Marlboro Coupons For 2 Dollars Off On Any Styles But The Black Employee At Night Shift Around 1:00am 6/30/2023 Did Not Accept Both Coupons Because I Think He Was Lazy Or Being A J*** About Because All Other 7 Elevens I Been To They Have Accepted Both Coupons Plus He Had A Attitude If He Does Not Like His Job Work Some Where Else's Like Mcd's , So I Left Without Buying Anything & Went To A 7 Eleven Where They Did Accepted Both Coupons & Great Costumers Service .

On march 3rd, 2023 I entered the 7/11 between 5-6am. I had some 7/11 coupons for 1 free pizza. I had two and used one at another location on Buffalo and Flamingo and the guy there was nice I got my pizza. But the guy who was at the Decatur and Tropicana in the early morning was extremely rude. He told me he doesn’t except those coupons at his store! I looked at him and said which coupons? The ones I have for 7/11. So you mean to tell me you don’t take your own coupon or you just have very poor customer service, discrimination against me. Oh well I won’t ever shop there again.

I don't get it every other time I want to get a pizza except on this time on weekends I can't get a pizza the lady is to lazy I am told by other employees do not come here!!!! Other employees told me that she is not right to refuse me to get a pizza do do not do not come here

This store is absolutely disgusting. It has severe health violations. All you have to do is walk in the door. It is, indeed it like cockroaches with homeless homeless are in there making coffee, mopping and sweeping the floor. You clearly can't tell her homeless when it's 111° outside and they're wearing to winter hats and two winter jackets and three pair of pants. They do not have health cards the owners do not care. The floors are sticky when you walk your feet are sticking trashes overfilled food is dried up in the hot tables with no timers on showing experiment dates. The coffee is ridiculously overflowing on the floor. The homeless is a cleaning and mopping it. When you talk to staff and ask, why are they doing that their answer is it helps us. I get it. They're trying to give them something to do but they don't have health cards. They should not be touching the food do very unsanitary. They live on the streets avoid this place like the plague I am appalled by it shocked I even stopped at it. This place needs to be reported to the health department and I may just have to do that. Stay clear, stay clear stay clear do not go to this location. They sit in your car is drinking selling drugs and little cars. I was there just to buy coffee and I saw all of this going on. Absolutely appalling. I will be going back in just to snap some pictures to send an health department of what's going on. There was so much grease and slimy stuff where the hotdogs work that the hotdogs weren't even turning on the rollers. The lady that was ringing up in a cashier was sitting in one of those walkers with a chair. She was sitting on it, waiting on people, and her attitude was the absolute disgusting disgrace. She should not be in customer service, but the owner allows this to happen. This is his fault for not putting his foot down and not allowing these people to go into a store and allowing the workers to be like they are , this is absolutely appalling. I will post photos once I go back out but avoid this place avoided it.. look at the reviews I want to hear it is absolutely appalling. How can they be so absolutely nasty disgusting and across the street is like a castle beautiful cause they don't tolerate the stuff 7-Eleven I think draw these types of people to. Please avoid this for your own safety and health
