I recently bought two firearms from a private seller, so I checked online to see what the private party transfer fees were. Their website clearly stated it would be $30 per firearm. However, when I got there, they charged me $50 per firearm instead. I asked about the discrepancy, and they told me that the $30 fee only applies if I buy from an online retailer. They apologized for the miscommunication, but still, it was frustrating. Just a heads up to anyone considering doing a transfer there—make sure you're prepared for the possibility of higher fees than advertised.

Purchased an online gift certificate for a friend’s Christmas present December 2023. Found out it’s for online purchases only. Which was fine. He placed and order gotten notification it was ready for pickup at LV location. He visited the store a day later only for them to give him the runarounds saying it’s not in their possession. He called a couple days later one guy said it was there. He drove to the shop for them to tell him it wasn’t there. It’s been almost 3 months of back and forth. Contacted them through the website multiple times and as of September 5th my messages and concerns have not been resolved.

I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I asked a question and was ignored. I left and went to SheepDog gun armory, picking up my Springfield echelon tomorrow!

MUST READ: went there for the first time with my son. Purchased some ammo and asked many questions and got many answers. Been to many gun stores where they barely even have time for new gun owners. Owner and employees are all friendly even the owners dog is welcoming haha. Asked them where I can take my 12 year old to shoot in the desert and he had one of the customers assist us in going to a private shooting gallery and we had the best experience ever. I want to thank you guys for this amazing experience. See you soon. Will be referring all my friends and family’s to this store. I don’t usually leave positive feedbacks KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. ??

Awesome place, Tyler and Juan were outstanding, last second we arrived 2 mins before closing and they helped us out even though they didn’t need too, I would highly recommend this to anyone especially if you’re out at the desert shooting, and they open Sundays W’s in the chat

These guys have no clue what they’re doing I didn’t have the hardware so I took them two slides to get red dots mounted. They used hardware with the wrong thread pitch and stripped out the threads on the inside of the slides and on the screws themselves. And they didn’t use Loctite like asked. If you are not sure what hardware to use simply try hand threading it into the slide. Not to mention their customer service is absolutely terrible if you wanna go somewhere and get completely ignored this is the place. I’ve heard many bad things about this place, but decided to give them a chance because they are close to the house but never again they are very argumentative. And if you take guns to get worked on, not only will they mess it up they’ll tell you they’ll get it done in a day or two and then take a week. highly do not recommend this place. “Edit” — the new picture added is proof of the lies they tell. I didn’t give them any hardware and they definitely didn’t take one day. they took 6 days the guy admitted many times that he didn’t have time to get to it. the owner is very cocky and will argue about everything clearly….

Wife purchased a gun from a friend, went there to have it transferred. They called that the Gun is ready for pick up.
First time the system was down all day...ok...
Second time days later the manager has to be there.
Why not call and say gun ready but you have to show up on this day at that time when all the stars align and it's no longer hot in vegas.....
Have no care on people's time and drive... Will never deal with them again.
