Had Lorenzo's team come and move me. Great guys. They were fast, efficient, good humored. They were very organized, and moved all my stuff out in 1/4 of the time I thought it would take. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

Here’s my story:
I heard about “Pods” where you don’t have to get a moving truck but instead a container gets left at your house and you can move your items in as needed. Sounded cool. Called pods, they were expensive but seemed worth it. Called ZippyShell and they were about 40% cheaper. The guy upsold me to 3 movers who would come by and move all of my stuff out without me lifting a finger. It all ended up costing less than just the pod from the other company which was impressive. The 3 guys came and let me tell you they were pros. My favorite part about them is my main contact (I think his name is Michael or maybe Harrison) who is one of the most thorough and detail-oriented people I know. I’d hire him on the spot if I needed someone in his role, my guess is he’s a manager or higher-level role.
Pros:
- Exceptional customer service with NO AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Just call and they pick up.
- Significant cost savings compared to competitors, making it an excellent value.
- Professional and efficient movers who handle everything, eliminating the need for you to lift a finger.
- Thorough and detail-oriented staff who ensure the process goes smoothly.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrated by promptly rectifying mistakes without any hassle.
- Friendly and accommodating team, making the experience stress-free.
Cons: I will admit there was a bit of confusion when I called in the first time since there are two companies (zippy shell and another one) and I had no clue which one did what.
The movers did say they’d put both rugs in and forgot one but came all the way back with their huge truck when they were already on the freeway at no additional cost. We’re humans, mistakes happen, they showed their commitment with no attitude. So cool.

Simply put - Zippy Shell was timely, affordable, with A+ service. They helped me into my new home across town and did so at a reasonable cost with super friendly movers. I appreciated them treating the move carefully and keeping all of my stuff undamaged and in one piece. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of moving and storage in the greater Las Vegas Area!

Jesse and his team were all professional, courteous, respectful l and worked nonstop to assist in moving my mother in town. All 3 men treated my mothers many belongings and furniture with care and communicated efficiently throughout. Would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a move.

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about the guys on our delivery. Lorenzo, Ken, D, and Rico crushed it for us. They unloaded 2 containers in about 2 hours and put everything in the room we needed it. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone with a move coming!

This was my second move with the company no issues with first.
I moved from a two bedroom town house to a two bedroom condo.
I packed my house up and PLACED ALL THE BOXES TO BE LOADED IN MY GARAGE, to minimize the cost.
End of move there tablet didn't work so I couldn't see the itemized bill or agree to it.
I was charged $1789 for a kob that at most would be $800.
Which made sense when the first move was from a 3k home to a 1100sq town house.
Not to mention, I gave each worker $25 tip!!
This move...
1. The lead sent a text an hour prior to arrival stating they arrived.. False
2. Lead decideded to pack items I stated did not need packing.. Small room items I had a week to come back and get.. charged for boxes and time.
3. I asked for two they sent three men I was charged $179 an hour for the extra person I never requested
4. Lead told the workers to continue taking breaks which again cost me money
5. Took my TV down however left the attachment on the wall for me to take down if I want it to be mounted.
6. Moved from a 1000sq condo to another condo.. charged for 6 hours when I was quoted 5 with two men
7. Lead never explained the additional cost for the uses of the boxes I never asked him to box.
I'M filing a conplaint with my bank and contacting the BBB.
This is outragious.

Movers were fast and polite. While a few small directions were missed, their overwhelming willingness to accommodate more than made up for it, including the delay on our part due to a plumbing emergency. Would hire them again in a minute!

I hate moving in general, but Lorenzo, Sam and Rico were awesome and made my life so easy. They were quick and efficient. They were super gentle with fragile belongings like my flat screen TV. They are a really friendly crew also. Highly recommend these guys!
