3 out of 3 of my last curbside orders have been delayed! One delayed from a pick up of 5pm to the next day and then was delayed until late afternoon! Once I finally am able to pickup i wait from 20-45 minutes for my order to come out. It’s his is clearly a lack of management and poor leadership and no regard for your customers. If you go into the store leads coaches all walk by while all customers are waiting at every cabinet to get our basic essentials. The store refuses to hire enough people to check out open cabinets stock isles pick orders and they allow their employees to deal with angry raging customers waiting to get a cabinet unlocked for a $2 soap. I am so disappointed in OGP and the entire management and leadership team.

This walmart had a bit less foot traffic compared to most walmarts so its easy to get in quick and out. Self Check out is open

All bath type items are under lock and key then asset protection still checks your cart. Shelves should at least be stocked but they are not. Do things the right way only to feel criminal. West coast Walmart = horrible.

I placed a pick up order for 6 items. 4 we're ready before scheduled p.u.time. One item was delivered the next day and the last item was delivered on schedule. For 2 items being out of stock I was very pleased with the outcome of my order. All employee interaction was top notch. I truly enjoy the prices and service at Wal-Mart.
