Based on the short conversation I had today with the pharmacy manager Troy I could tell right away he didn’t care about the people he was employed to help and that he considers anyone who has a controlled substance to fill an addict and below him! He blankly stated that he would have a line out the door if he filled controlled substances right at 9am insinuating that people who are on those medications are a bother to him and are not deserving of the same kindness and care of other patients! My family member has seizures and is on a controlled substance which is also a maintenance medication to control them, when Troy was told this he simply did not care! My family member could go into a severe convulsive seizure and die if the medicine isn’t on time, still this information meant nothing to Troy! If anyone would like to reach out to me I will be filing a complaint with the pharmacy board, I have already called Smith’s corporate but don’t expect that to go anywhere based on the complaints already on google about Troy!
Someone who is educated in medication and given a license by the pharmacy board should be well informed on what a maintenance medication is and what happens if a dosage is missed! Troy is Despicable and I’m not going to stop until I’m heard!

I've been using this pharmacy for a few years now. I've never had any issues with them. They text me when my prescriptions are ready for pickup. I show, pick up my stuff, leave. It's always been as simple as that.

Called yesterday said I could pick up todayThen I came in explained I didn’t have health insurance for 60 days so I was using a good rx coupon she said fine it’ll be 15mins after 15mins still not ready so I left did some shopping came back new lady had no idea what I was talking about so started all over again… I’ve been waiting over an hourIn the end they could only fill 9… I have to come back tomorrow to get the rest… then the pharmacist told me I can’t just fill my narcotics (he used a different word I’m just having a brain fart) and I was like I know you guys are just the cheapest with good rx and I don’t have any other medications that need to be filled right now… like way to make me feel like an addict…

Just goto the valle Verde location. This place is like a welfare office compared to them based on the service received over the weekend of 9/25/2023. The people running this location should be ashamed. The valle Verde location should be training the individuals at the boulder location. Person at the pharmacy tried telling me I called in after they were closed. When confirming they close at 5 pm and calling in at 4:50 she didn't like I had my facts ready to rebut her lies. The drama is so ridiculous with these people. And for what. Nothing. Unbelievable

I don't get many prescriptions so didn't know what to expectThey were fast and friendly and because my insurance didn't cover my prescription they gave me a discount to make it affordable! I don't know if they always do that but I am grateful they did for me. I recommend this pharmacy.

This Smiths parking lot makes you feel unsafe.It's also very ruff and the inside it stinks verrryy bad.It's also has a lot of sketchy people I do not recommend it at all. They also missed placed the merchandise in the wrong areas and when you get to the register is a different price and the manager is not helpful either and will not even bother to honored the price like other smith do.....

One star is too much. I have been going to this Smiths since 2000. Now, when you walk in, it smells disgusting and has been for a while. The prices are out if CONTROL! Some of the employees are horrible. There is a girl that works there, and I asked her why my points weren't on my receipt, and she said, "I don't know . Don't ask me. A young girl yesterday when I asked to open the restroom was extremely rude when she had to open the door for the men and women's room. Don't these employees get paid? Of course they do. Then, at the gas station, that's another nightmare. Half the time, there isn't anyone to work in there, but yesterday they had 2 guys in there. Even if you use your points, it's still more money than Conoco on Lake Meade, where the Fiesta used to be. People need to picket this nasty place. Lower your prices and get some decent, polite employees. Or retrain your employees to be nice to customers. I won't be going to this Smiths anymore. You might be ripping people off, but some people won't be going there anymore.

I have shopped at Smith's for year have never filed a complaint. i was at the deli a couple of weeks ago. There were three of us waiting. Young man who was working told a lady in the back that she had customer. we waited and waited she finally came out lookEd at us and walked back into another room. we continued to wait when this order women came out you could feel she didn't want to wait on us. Today I was there and there were only two people there she waited on one saw me there. A new young man offered to wait on me she said no. After two more people walked up she yelled if you want waited on take a number. I was the only person there and she would not wait on me. she hates her job and people she is ale ruined. older. lady with glasses working June 9 th between 5 and 6 pm

I made a visit to the store's bakery and flowers/balloon department. I needed a last minute cake. I am typically a planner. But I was elated to discover that the Smith's bakery could bake and design my cake in 24 hours. It was an incredible experience. I worked with Carina & Nancy. They were both wonderful! I can tell you that I will be ordering my cakes from this bakery from now on!!! the cake was BEAUTIFUL, fast and most importantly......delicious.I had I needed balloons and Alexis from the flower the department helped me out....she explained which balloons would last just a few hours which was very helpful. It's the small details that really matter. She even tied the balloons together so that they wouldn't tangle! These folks are wonderful!.

This isn't my go-to Smiths but when I'm in the area (there's a fantastic donut place a stones throw away) and I need to grab something from the grocery store, I come here. There's a good amount of parking in the lot and I appreciate the flow. I think some people might find it a bit confusing because I see people driving the wrong way or cruising through stop signs all the time but for me, I don't mind the parking situation here.I like the layout of this Smiths. It's pretty similar to others except the self check out is even closer to the doors. It's a bit annoying to actually have to go through the flower section to get to produce and the deli but it's also cute. The aisles are fairly wide and it's always stocked pretty well. The place is usually pretty clean and I appreciate that.The employees here, I've never had a problem with. Pretty neutral and that's how I like it. I don't want someone who is rude and super unhappy but I also don't want people who are too helpful and annoying. Perfect balance here for my tastes.

Love this Smiths. They have a great selection of all the foods we like. Only issue we waited a little longer than usual due to our line didn't have a bagger. So the customer bagged her own groceries which she had a lot. The checker was waiting for her to bag her groceries then she paid. Line would have been quicker if our line had a bagger instead of the customer. When it was our turn, one of the baggers from another line noticed and came into our line to assist.
