I really like the staff at Planet Fitness they are very nice and helpful. They always greet people as they are walking in and tell them to have a good work out. I really like the exercise machines they have and I always stretch after exercising.

My husband and I are in our 50s, and living in the Vegas valley means we often don't have the most ideal weather to get outdoors for much-needed exercise to stay on top of our health. I recently decided to look into the prospect of joining a gym. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how affordable it is, especially with the option of bringing a "friend" for free. I compared a few different gyms nearby, and Planet Fitness seemed like the closer, more affordable option. After visiting our local Planet Fitness with their free one-day pass, my husband and I were sold. Welcoming atmosphere without all the fuss of the "gym culture" we had experienced in the distant past. Plenty of machines and open space to get the workout in that we were looking for. My black card membership allows me the opportunity to pay for just the one membership but bring my husband along for the ride or even bring one of our adult children with me on days when he doesn't go. I even tried out the hydro-massage perk yesterday for the first time, and all I can say is that it won't be my last.

This gym is always so clean and the staff are friendly. The gym size is happy small, not too big. I really enjoy going to this gym.

This is the best PF in the valley. Super clean, empty and the staff is the perfect amount of courteous. Sometimes too much talking can be annoying. Very well managed. Smith machines could use some oil, other than that the place is great.

The employees were very nice and helpful. Took time to explain all programs and did a walk around to show different machines. Facilities were clean and had a great atmosphere. The only thing I don't like is the don't have any trainers on staff. Only than that great experience.

This planet fitness as far as management goes is horrible. Tiana Lopez and Meli are horrible and biased. They also flirt with customers and other male staff. If your a woman your gonna get treated differently then the men and have to do more work. Brianna Schafer is a lazy employee who take hour long brakes and doent clean the gym as required and gossips with tiana and Meli about other staff and spreading falseness. If your waiting in the front it’s probably because Brianna Schafer is in the brake room or storage room smoking her nicotine and weed pen.

Finished my workout tonight around 6 PM. Wanted to tan and do a massage chair after There was not one employee in that place to help me out. Searched The entire gym top to bottom With some other customers helping. Nobody at the desk and nobody in the gym. After almost 25 minutes, I got so pissed off that I just left. This entire staff should be fired

Joining was completely stress free. All the employees are very friendly. I really love how inclusive the atmosphere is. All machines and equipment are sanitized. This is a great gym!

Convenient, close to home. Very pleasant staff. Clean. Not over run with people working out. Lots of parking.

The staff is here so friendly and the gym is always clean. Parking is never an issue and the equipment is always available. Not like other gyms in the area that wait times can be so long and parking is a nightmare
