They use bad quality replacement parts. I had them replace my screen. 2 weeks later i had dead spots on the screen. There's more. If I'm wearing sunglasses I have to turn my phone horizontal to see the screen. If I hold it vertically the screen is blacked out. I was going to give 1 star, but I went back and told them about my dead spots and they reopened my phone, disconnected, and reconnected the wires. It's been a few days and it's working fine. But you don't realize how annoying it is to not be able to see your phone normally until it happens.

Replaced my glass with defective glass that caused my phone to malfunction. Then never put 2 screws back in that hold the glass in place. Also, mentioned they don't offer a warranty on their work AFTER they replaced the glass and took my money. I Asked for a refund and offered to give them their glass back; also pointed out the missing screws to them. Still no money back. Literally the WORST place to deal with. Crooks.

This place is still in business and ripping people off. Most likely the owner reporting its closed because he's better off with people not reading reviews. This Galleria Mall kiosk took my money and replaced my glass, then told me they don't offer a warranty. The glass ended up defective and they also neglected to put 2 screws back in after replacing the glass. Refused to refund. Save your phone and your money and go elsewhere!

I had my Iphone repaired here. The staff went above and beyond in explaining very clearly to me what my issues were and what needed to be done to get my phone up and running . They were very professional and my phone now works like NEW again. I would recommend them to ANYONE that has a phone that needs repairing. Professional staff and great service !!

I came here about a year ago because the glass in my phone was coming apart. The guy was quick and charged me 10 bucks which I thought was reasonable. I just took it back for the same reason and they charged me 35 bucks for a couple drops of glue. What an absolute rip off. Do not go here. Granted I should have asked but I would have never imagined the price could jump that much.
