Everything is dirty, staff wouldn’t answer any questions, bloody tampon on the floor, couldn’t access the pool, etc… go to another gym

The sales reps did not disclose hidden fees on personal training, the pothead personal trainer ROB - never showed up, forgot about the appointments and the managers did not offer any solution. Had no problem with other gyms, LVAC - but EOS has no official person to handle customer concerns, they have outsourced to an 800 number with no answers but a third party call center. The ABC billing rep was more helpful than everyone at EOS, they told me a few things to look out for, as if this is a normal complaint among EOS customers. Imagine signing up for personal training, getting charged undisclosed fees, the trainers no show, the managers don't help the customers but worry about the commissions of the trainer. The customer just gets burned, EOS failed to deliver on their offer, on support and resolution. Everyone at this club has been unable to provide any solution with getting another trainer or getting missed and no showed but paid for sessions. My experience with EOS compared to LVAC has been shocking, one is 5 stars the other is a shadow operation with no actual leadership or management, just actors and third party staffing companies.

I recently had a horrible experience with planet fitness in Silverado But I must say my faith has been restored in the gym experience! When I went into EOS located at Silverado and Maryland I was first greeted by Christopher ! So pleasant and friendly and absolutely stunning eyes and wanting to assist !! Next Jason the GM took me in a tour and was so courteous and friendly, and was patient and amazing at answering all my questions and even had me try a machine while I was there along with the hydro massage. Last night was my first meeting with with my personal trainer Alesia was great! She corrected me on my form and was a pleasure to work out with. She is a fabulous personality with so much energy! Everyone at EOS was so welcoming and friendly ! I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a gym! This place can't be beat!!! Five stars all around.

I came in with damaged discs and my MRI is awful. Ezequiel listened to my needs and immediately said I needed to work with Arthur. I figured my best bet was to work on core exercises and hopefully the constant daily pain would ease. Arthur has been amazing. He listened to my current concerns and my history of back and neck issues. We did several days of "evaluation" exercises and by the end of the next week he had a program design for me that has a daily workout for each day of the week. We altered things if needed. If one "machine" or "exercise" felt like it wasn't right for my back, he instantly had other exercises in mind that could achieve the same results but a different way, a way that didn't "pressure" my sore back. In two months I was virtually pain free and was feeling stronger, the way I had been years ago. After four months, I was actually enjoying working out. I never thought I would say that. All this after thinking I would never live a day in my life without pain. Art knows what he is doing and he listens to you!

I signed up at this gym on a promotion. It was $1 for the month then $26 the following month. Was also told that a yearly fee would be charged beginning of next year. Long story short.. yearly fee and monthly fee came out 2 weeks after that day. I called twice to get help and ar least the free month, but nobody followed up. I called tonight asking if someone could call me tomorrow regarding charges. She told me nobody would call because they are too busy, that its best to come in. I enjoy the gyms, but definitly having second thoughts. Taking the money seems to be more important than the quality and care of the customer.

As someone who was finally trying to get back in shape after a long time off, I could not have asked for a better trainer than Arthur S. From the way we were built to the injuries we’ve sustained, Arthur and I had so much in common! I think this was only part of the reason I trusted him as much as I initially did but he more than earned that trust with the expertise, kindness, and motivation that he provided me. I went from 262 - the heaviest I’ve been in my life - in March when I got started, to 238 as of this morning, simply by following Arthur’s workout plans and nutritional advice. To me, Arthur’s the reason why I’m feeling more secure in my physical appearance AND my strength and endurance. I could not have gotten this far without him!

It's a pretty good gym, did you need to work on getting the building to be cooler The AC's off to not working well and unfortunately they're a little small and kind of crowded and don't have all the machines LVAC or 24-hour has which I would expect it to have especially key ones like the back row some of them have the machine and some of them do not..But overall is a good gym I will say they should not say that it's $10 a month when there is a $59 annual fee making it roughly $15 a month which is still not bad but just market it at $15 a month instead of $10 a month with the deceptive maintenance fee added on.But it's still better than most gyms and not as bad as others and it's reasonably priced if not 100% transparent with their pricing.

Machines are dirty, the little manager lady lets people leave big backpacks on the floor for people to trip on (I asked her and she said it's fine!) The rules on the wall say different but ok... When someone trips and hurts themselves maybe they will know why they have those rules. Everyone is friendly when you sign up, once you do, they can't be bothered.

I have been going to Eos for the last 6 years or so they have been in Vegas..I keep to myself and do my workouts..I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD and panic attacks among other issues.. I've always used working out as a way to reduce stress and work out anxiety..That was until today...I showed up at 3:30 am ish.. where I was informed that my slim body builders tank top that shows most of my chest is no longer acceptable gym workout attire..The worker was kind and was just relaying her managers orders.. I don't fault herSo here's the thing.. I liked Eos because they didn't babysit the world.. I've seen men workout without shirts.. Women workout with nothing but a sports bra on..The gym isn't supposed to be a place where I need to be babysat by a manger on what they think proper gym attire should be.. We don't buy uniforms to go the gym..If you're going to enforce this rule.. Then enforce it.. no TV shows or movies that show guys without a shirt on.. no topless guys playing basketball.. And the pool is laughable to enforce it in.It's a ridiculous rule and I'm not going to go out and buy a shirt just cause you can't handle a tank top.. (and yes I only own slim tank tops and gym shorts.. Seriously lol)If you don't like guys without a shirt on (or in my case a body builders slim tank top) then maybe a gym manger or the workout business isn't the best job for you..I go to workout my frustrations and I couldn't even finish my workout today cause I had a big panic attack that the place I go to as my solace is no longer welcoming to me being me.. and I've spent to much of my life doing what others say and following d*** rules that I no longer put up with being babysat by the world. So two choices present itself to me.. you can leave me alone and not babysit me and what I wear to workout in.. or you can cancel my membership cause I refuse to be babysat at a gym by saying my tank top doesn't cover enough..By the way.. if you look out the window.. You live in Las Vegas/Henderson. stop trying to say what people can and can't wear.. as long they're legal.. It shouldn't matter..Signed a Disabled Veteran who no longer feels welcomed

AVOID THIS GYM OR YOU WILL PAYI signed up for my first month to try out the gym. My personal trainer cut my 30-minute training session 20 minutes short and said, "I gotta go do something." After I saw where he went he was laughing and joking with another employee. After seeing how unprofessional these people were I went home and called an employee who said they would get a manager to help me cancel my new membership with no fees due to the unprofessionalism and being humiliated. They hung up on me and immediately blocked my phone number from calling. I was never rude. I'm a former Ritz-Carlton employee who knows how to talk respectfully to people despite how upset I am.I went back in person and the same gentleman who was my personal trainer said he'd help me. He said my membership was cancelled and that they would not refund my monthly payment, but that they also would not charge additional fees, and not to worry, followed by "I have to go eat lunch now" before I could ask any questions or get it in writing.3 months later I started receiving calls from a third party billing company in China. I was then hit with a collections call asking me to pay $180 for EOS Fitness. My credit score also dropped by 54 points. My previous score was 800.In my history of gym memberships I have never dealt with such an unscrupulous company. You guys need to make it right!

I love this gym because it’s so close to work and home and the fact that I am able to bring my kids to go play while I’ll work out. My daughter doesn’t like to be left with too many people and this place she absolutely loves to come to. The staff is so amazing and so kind. However, if I would have known the hours of the kids club, I wouldn’t have even bothered to sign up again, since the days I can bring my kids the gym it closes at noon or Sundays when they are closed all day. This is not very accommodating to people’s work schedules.I originally was a member a few years ago and rejoined again a few months ago as Planet Fitness didn’t offer a kids club. When signing up I wasn’t told the new hours of the kids club and just assumed it was the same as before, so didn’t give it any mind while I was there with the counselor. Please bring kids club back to 7 days a week.
