Very happy with the results of our closet and pantry. Takes a little while from consultation to completion. After installation of the closet, it still took about a week to receive cabinet doors and jewelry inserts for drawers. Pantry was done beautifully and find it very functional. Prices were fair and installation team was great.

It was a very delightful experience and I will definitely use them again. Rob gave us a custom design proposal for our closet a couple days after he came out. We met with him in his office and made some minor modification. We were very impressed with their factory on site. The facility was very clean and organized. Displays in the showroom were good quality. Within less than one month, we got our closet installed. It was truly customized. The design meets our needs perfectly. Frankie and Jason spent more than 8 hours today on site building the whole closet with precision and attention to details. They protected my floor nicely and even cleaned every shelf and drawer. Very impressed! I will definitely have them work on other projects for me. I wish other professionals are as easy and reliable as Rob and his team. Hats off to the whole team!

Love love LOVE the whole team at Closet & Storage Concepts!! I went to them for everything lol! They've done my garage, master closet, custom media console, laundry room, and even built my dream library/bookcase in our office space. Rob, the owner, is so hands on and I love that he personally comes to do the estimates and follows up with everything, making sure things are exactly the way you want them to be. Kelly, the manager, is super sweet and efficient at what she does, and always on top of everything. The installation team (Kerry, Angel, Jesus and Frankie) are very friendly, professional, and also respectful and courteous of your home and space. What I loved most is also how quickly they got the job done (our master closet only took one day, some projects were also combined) and the materials they use are high quality. We didn't wait for long to get scheduled, I think as of writing they are only booked 2 weeks out!! We've gotten SO many compliments on our garage, master closet and of course, our floor to ceiling bookcase which I'm obsessed with. Their closets have made such a HUGE difference to our beautiful new home not only aesthetically but in terms of value as well. Their prices are also reasonable and affordable. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much!!!

Had 6 closets done, plus office cabinets and theatre room cabinets. They were prompt, professional and did all within 2 days. Hard to find companies that do what they say there gonna do. I would highly recommend this company.

I had some storage cabinets designed for my garage. The quality is superb, they are very solidly built-and affordable. The installers were pleasant, professional, and cleaned up behind themselves. I recommend them wholeheartedly for your storage needs. I am giving 5 stars, but when I reviewed post it only showed one. Walked into Closet and Storage Cabinets and was greeted by Robbie. He took his time to show us the various closet systems and answer our questions. We decided to get an estimate and made an appointment with their very personable receptionist Kelly. In a few days Rob, the owner came out and took measurements and gave us his recommendations for the closet. He called the next day with the very reasonable estimate. We decided to go ahead with the job and went in and gave Kelly a 50% deposit. Again, a pleasure to work with. They gave us an install date three weeks away, but we happened to be on vacation at that time. So, they fit us in with the shop foreman Luis scheduled to come out the Saturday after we got back. They called that morning and apologized that he was sick but would be out on Sunday the next day. Around 7:30 Luis and his helper Jason showed up, unloaded all the pieces and went to work. They were very respectful of our property and polite. They worked all day, but Luis had to come back for around an hour on Monday to do the finishing touches. We are very happy with the quality, fit and finish of the closets, workmanship and price. And lastly, I just want to say how nice everyone that I worked with was. Love the cabinets too

We had these guys put in two closets and two shelves with drawers about 15 years ago. Our master closet broke in one part. We called and the staff was so helpful and within 2weeks a rep came out and repaired the broken part and reinforced the rest of it. He was friendly , courteous and knowledgeable. We were very grateful and the best part it was still covered under their warranty. That is EXCELLENT customer service! Nnn

I would like to commend the employees who came to my home to install the products from Closet & Storage Concepts. These three employees were in my home for approximately 6 hours to start and complete the installation. In regards to their professionalism they had respect for our home and treated it as if it was their own. I offered them all the space they needed but allowed me to work on other projects I had to complete, in fact I was probably in their way a few instances but they remained extremely patient and were not bothered by me or my spouse. As far as the quality of their work- perfect. We were offered visual progress reports every so often but the end results were extremely satisfying. I felt as if though I was on a home makeover show. Their clean up left no evidence that they were even there. As far as the product goes I did have a quote from another company that was almost three times what I paid for and was offered similar products but the quality of the product I was given appears to be of high grade cabinetry. I had one closet, a pantry and a Murphy bed installed and each of them was installed perfectly and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. I hope you welcome this company into your home, I believe they will leave you happy and satisfied with their product along with their friendly and reliable customer service.

I recently contacted couple of closet designers for my house. This business was recommended by a good friend. She loved her closets! and was so happy with the designer Rebekah Larson. I really loved Rebekah too, professionalism and prompt response. I selected another company which I was happy as well. I contacted Rebekah to let her know and she was so professional and understanding. Thank you Rebekah, I wish I had more closets to do ... for now you have my 100% recommendation. And looking at my friends closets no don't the products are as good as your services.

We decided to turn an office into a third bedroom/office with the installation of a wall bed. After research and meeting with a few companies in Las Vegas, we choose a queen Murphy Bed from Closet & Storage Concepts. The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to other options, the people were friendly and professional and communications were very good. Rebekah helped us design our room quickly and she didn't miss a detail. She knows her products. Our big rave is the installation. Kerry and Angel arrived ready to go and were very efficient and personable. We, including our dog, enjoyed having them in our home and a part of our day. Their work is exceptional. Would definitely work with Closet and Storage Concepts again.
