I posted a review of this business with good intentions wanting to provoke the positive experiences I’ve had working with this company but it was unclear, Hugo the owner and his staff bring a truly honest sincere atmosphere where you leave not only with what you came in for but a little more. It’s a pleasure dealing with professional people this is the only organization I’ll recommend to us in the industry. Thank you again !

Hugo and team were awesome in selling me not one-but TWO truck mount units. The customer service is beyond expectations and the units have made my life easier for sure. I advise anyone that wants great customer service and equipment to use The Cleaning Depot. Six star company hands down and super reasonable too!

As a carpet cleaner, I’ve been dealing with Cleaning Depot for around 6 years now. Hugo has helped me out of several jams over these years when my equipment needed expert repair in a timely manner, and the cost of repair was always reasonable. It’s such a relief to find a place where they actually care about helping me to keep my business up and running, and even care about me as a person!
Also, Cleaning Depot is an exclusive dealer for CTI carpet cleaning chemicals—-the best products I’ve ever used in my 47 years of service in the cleaning industry!
I have to drive a bit farther to get to their shop, but it’s always worth the trip!

Cleaning Depot is my go to for chems, maintenance, great service, and friendly customer interaction. Hugo, Daniela, and Jamie are always polite, professional, and helpful every time I go there for anything. You’re missing out if you go anyplace else.

Services terrible, I went in based on a recommendation. I walk into the store only to be ignored while 2 employees socialize with a person I'm guessing was a customer. At no point did either say hello, or be with you in a moment, etc. When one of them did finally speak to me it was 'do you need help with something 'No, I'm just here to stand in front of you for no reason

I recently purchased a van with truck mount from Cleaning Depot. I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase and the experience. The van and equipment are in great shape and the installation of the equipment is top-notch. The support I have received prior and during the purchase was amazing and the continued support I have received after my purchase has been even better! Great people... I highly recommend.
