Dishonest business. Sold me a battery out of a pack for the price of the full pack. Unfortunately didn’t see the “not for individual sale” until I got back home.. that’s what I get for not looking online first..

Stephanie and her staff gave 100 % customer service, I definitely recommend Batteries Plus in Henderson located inside the Sunset Station parking lot.

Great customer service. Battery replacement in 5 minutes and at a price much less than expected! $105.00 cheaper than the dealer wanted. Key Fob price reasonable to say the least $200.00 less than the dealer. Thank you so much!

Excellent service, friendly employees, and excellent value for goods and services. Craig assisted me in installing batteries for a 2019 Jeep Wrangler with auto start / stop function. The second battery can be quite frustrating to get to, but Craig was a true professional in completing the job. Saved me a lot of frustration not having to do the job myself.

Bought an expensive battery back in 2020 with a 48 month warranty only to be told the battery can not be warranted out due to "improper discharge". I was not told of the stipulations when I bought the battery years ago. Was offered some type of discount on a cheaper battery. Not surprised battery was not under warranty. Eventually I will get another. Always ask what are stipulations.

I needed a semi special flat battery for some sensors and nobody had them. So I popped over to batteries plus and they had everything I needed. The store was clean and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back for my battery needs.

They were closed due to an unforseen circumstance. Otherwise, I'm certain they would have helped me out. Will try again, but I will also call first as it was a bit of a drive.

I needed batteries for car fobs and a garage opener. The service was so quick. I walked and another customer was being helped so the employee in the back came out and assisted me right away. My batteries were switched out and I was on my way within minutes. The service was friendly and efficient. Love the lifetime battery deal, although I hope I won't need it and soon.

This location has poor customer service! I was reassured at another location that I could exchange a battery if it was the wrong size. After my vacation and then work week, I remembered the little clock and checked the battery size that ended up being too big. I returned to this location because it is closer to home. The worker immediately rejected my request; totally contradicting what the gentleman at the Serene location told me.I ended up wasting gas to go to the original store of purchase only to find that I needed to return it by early this week.The workers at the Sunset location do not know the exchange policy and the return/exchange policy for establishment is only 14 days. This is just a bad policy. Do not purchase from here unless you are aware of their policy, even the the employees are not!

I needed to find an odd sized battery and picked up one at a sister store just before leaving for vacation. I was reassured that I could exchange it if it was the wrong size. Vacation, work and life events later, I discovered that the battery was indeed the wrong size. I went back to this location because it is closer to my home. I was immediately told that I could not exchange the batteries because the package was opened. Not what I was told! I went back to the original store of purchase, where they were willing to exchange the battery (the guy at the Sunset location was misinformed) but I am a few days beyond their 14 day return window. The apologetic gentleman gave me a 10% discount for my frustration. First, I am very unhappy that the guy at the Sunset location does not know the store's return policy and cost me gas to drive to the Serene location. Second, who has the 14 day return policy? Battery Plus. Poor customer service. I will only purchase at Battery Plus from now on if I cannot locate the battery need anyplace else. And then, it will NOT be the Sunset Road location!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was in search of a battery that powers the hydraulic lift and ramp of our modified van for wheel chair access. It couldn't be found at the auto parts stores. This place HAD IT! Thanks to them our handicapped family member is mobile again. Chrysler wanted $80 more for the same battery
