We were in need of cheer uniforms for our newly formed cheer team. A friend recommended Basic Sports and Irma. I'm so glad she did. She worked well with us, answered all our questions and got us a great deal. We had a lot since it was our first experience getting uniforms. Our girls look fabulous!! They are always asking when can they wear them and perform again.

Called the facility to see if we can get some
Prices on equipment and uniforms for my brothers youth team, as soon as I asked about getting the information they hung up on me and blocked my number. I am at work trying to get info and being hung up on and blocked is not a good look at all. Just caused me to take my business elsewhere and I’ll be happy to spend my money elsewhere. For a place being veteran owned and ran and acting the way that the did over a phone call is very discouraging for the community. If they don’t want to help me over the phone then I would hope they put prices up on website but I guess that’s too hard also. As a veteran family member and a member of customer service industry in our town of Las Vegas Nevada is heart breaking to be treated this way. Stay clear I guess.

Every time I come here, they are so friendly and willing to help with whatever I need. Leo and the staff are awesome at fitting and finding the right gear. First place I go when i need something.

I try to always support local business but this place is just absolutely terrible!!!! I can't even imagine how they handle larger orders but I had 1 shirt to be made that was called in from a previous order done months ago. Meaning they had the logo on file for a while. Was told 3 separate pick up times, each time after having to call in (not that any employee reached out to us) the date was extended another couple days. I finally was told it would be ready the day I was leaving out of state for a tournament and it would be ready hours before we left. I have dealt with this store in the past and had a feeling I should wait till I was on my way out to drive by and pick it up. When I arrived hours after I was told it WILL be ready... yup NOT READY. Then to top it off the lady working there told me to give her 30 min with 2 employees in the store and 1 customer besides me in there. After I told her I could not wait and broke down all the different times I was told to come in and that I was literally driving out of town that min(small exaggeration) she yelled across the store for the other employee who was helping the 1 other customer to go to the back and do my shirt because I was stressed out! Well of course I was stressed out. They made me that way because my son needed that shirt for a out of town tournament we were literally leaving that day for. Then to top it all off she also yelled out the prices of how much I was supposed to be charged. Started at $35, $25 then ended at $15 which was the correct price. I have 2 huge tips for anyone reading this! SAVE YOUR SELF THE $$ because they are way overpriced! You can go online and find Heat Pressed shirts for a third of the price or if you have a Heat Press, you can again go online and there are business that will help you upload or design a logo and ship you ready to go Heat Press logos! You can literally buy a small Heat Press online as well. This is our last year with the organization that orders through them and I thank god because I would NEVER EVER use them for any personal orders EVER!!! Seriously google Heat Press logos and it will make you angry for what you spent there if you have ever ordered through them.

YUP!! Hard pass on this one. Not great at communicating. Says one thing and means something else. Quotes one price and that wasn't right in the end.... Can't reach anyone by phone?? LV Embroidery is a MUCH, MUCH better place for T-shirts, embroidery!!

I got mixed reviews from others but decided to give them a try.First, they never notified me that my son's jacket was done. I had to call and was told oh yes it's been ready! Second went to pick up the jacket to have the employee say, "I was trying to finish my lunch when I walked in. Not a hello just complaining.I then inspected the jacket and the last name was misspelled. The employee made it seem like they don't make mistakes. I had her show me the original document and it was correct in 3 different places. No apology was given.Fast forward to picking up the jacket today. The gentleman commented when unlocking the store that he didn't get to finish up his lunch to get back to the store! I then recieved the jacket and inspected it again for misspellings. The gentleman then commented how we didn't buy the actual jacket from him. I stated. "I'm aware, I'm inspecting it since it was misspelled before."They don't have any customer service skills. I'll be sure that me and my family don't go back there.I shouldn't feel like an inconvenience to them! We gave them almost $400 and it was the worst service I've ever recieved.

I was quoted 2 weeks and charged $11 to embroider a shirt. 3 weeks later, I finally received my shirt and one of the colors was yellow instead of orange. When I arrived to pick up my shirt, I also had 3 more I planned to have embroidered, but, when I asked if it would again take 3 weeks, I was told I could take them elsewhere. So, I did. I took my shirts to Imaginations down the street off Water St. and Lake Mead. The staff was much friendlier, I was charged $8 per shirt (instead of $11), and I was quoted 10 days (instead of 3 weeks). My organization has accounts with both shops, but I will be telling everyone I work with where to go: anywhere EXCEPT Basic Sports.

Due to a Nationwide shortage we were having a hard time finding a football helmet for my son. I called Leo at Basic Sports and he said he has them in stock and to stop by. We went right down and Leo fitted him, swapped out the face mask and adjusted his chin strap. It's that kind of personal attention that earns my business. We will definitely back for future seasons.
