Fresh Ideas is located in Gardnerville, Nevada, on U.S. Hwy 395. It's one of the few real gift shops in town. And, the best. If you need to pick up a gift for someone, or if you're traveling through town and want to check it out stop in... you won't be disappointed.

Plan to spend some time in the shop. It is crammed full of unique gifts. Looking for a baby gift without eyes that are beads and lo and behold they have the cutest flat and soft toy that is infant safe. Going back on Monday to purchase another one !

A lovely locally owned unique gift shop. Whenever I need a special gift for someone, this is the first place I consider. Jody has created a wonderful atmosphere and it is so refreshing to get such personal customer service - she really cares and is quite knowledgeable. How refreshing after the lack of customer service you get with most big box stores. I can find gifts for young through old, male or female. Highly recommend!

I am a long time shopper of Fresh Ideas because every time I go in, I’m surprised by the wonderful stock! Jody and her staff are so kind and knowledgeable. They always have great suggestions if I have a specific person or event in mind, but will greet you and fall back if I’m just looking and meandering. I’ve found many different delights; baby gifts, rocks glasses, scented lotions, jewelry, nightlights and more!! I highly suggest Fresh Ideas if you’re looking for a little something for yourself or a friend and want to shop local.

Such a great little store - with Polka Dots carrying whatever Fresh Ideas doesn't have. I love to get my pajamas here - fun jewelry - and candles. And any little stocking stuffers I may need. So many fun and unique items to look through! And the best part - they'll wrap your gifts for you!!!! Bonus!

Always extremely friendly! I am from out of state and I called them for a very random request and they were Extremely nice and accommodating and went way above and beyond and out of their way to help me out so I thought that deserved to be known!!!!

I discovered this delightful venue when I still lived in the Valley in the 90s. Every time I came back home for a visit I would stop in and Jody would recognize me, welcome me home, and help me find the most unique gift, for myself, or someone special. Although I haven't been home for many years, and live very close to San Francisco, there isn't another place quite like Fresh Ideas. I wish I was closer, and am so happy that they are still there to contribute to Valley hospitality.

Love love love this store. Jody is awesome and the merchandise is unique and makes the best gifts. I Always stop by when I'm passing through the area. I highly recommend making a point to shop at Fresh Ideas.
