Friendly and knowledgeable staff but WAY overpriced on most items in the store. They need to be competitive with other local stores and bigger stores and I would definitely shop there before the big chain stores.

Ace offering rewards members a 11 dollar discount on turfbuilder. I called to make sure I didn't need to order it on the app. Talked to Eric on the phone and after he did some research he said I could buy at the store. Drove to Ace and they did not honor the discount. Said they couldn't figure it out. Talked to two Eric's. Horrible Customer Service. I'll never be back. Love to shop local but this is why me and millions use Amazon. So Sad. Update. Amazon charges 4 dollars less for 2 bags. Free Delivery.

4 weeks, not sure I was told the truth, $10.00 tune up? Made 3 cuts with saw and wouldn't stay running. Bad way for Stihl to be represented

Worst customer service ever! You are lucky to have any employee to ask if you need help. I think the employees hide in the back somewhere instead of assisting customers. Once you do have someone to help they don't seem knowledgeable about anything. I will head to Home Depot instead. Don't waste your time with this unfriendly store.
