“This is a great local-owned-and-run store for your winter sports gear needs, and it's not just used stuff. They are the only local dealer of Nidecker, which is the brand of board and bindings I wanted for this year. Joe the owner worked with me to get it all dialed and custom ordered straight from Nidecker, at a good price. Winter is coming!!!”

“I can’t say enough about sweatsedo honestly. I have a few friends who ordered from here We had planned a night out on the town in our tracksuits.Stuff came up, but a couple of my other friends saw the tracksuits we had and they wanted to order from them as well. I called the phone number and Spoke to a man named Rich. It’s option number one from their phone numberRich Delivered on everything, he promised, I told him the height and weight my friends he immediately knew exactly which size we should be buying. What a gift, what a professional, efficient, knowledgeable, quick shipping company. I’m blown away. You have a customer for life.I don’t leave bad reviews. But I’ve been on Google for 25 years and I think this is my seventh Review. When I see something really worth it I leave a review. When you order your next one, so Andrew sent you I won’t see a dollar or a discount But I want them to know, this review is important”

“If you want the best, this is the pro shop for you. My husband and I both needed a new ball. We received the most personalized service we could have ever imagined. Roger and John are great to work with. We bowled a couple games the hour before our appointment. Roger has the most intricate system I have seen for measuring and getting your ball perfectly drilled for your style of bowling. We had previously been in the shop and talked to John a couple weeks before, so we knew when we were ready to purchase our new equipment it would be with them. John started our appointment by coming out to the lane, observing us and marking the balls. He and Roger collaborated on a couple of choices of balls that would suit each of us. After we made our selection, Roger went to work studying the anatomy of our bowling hand to get the pitch, span and grip just right. it was fascinating to watch the science he has developed for this process. After seeing the markings on our old ball, he had all the information he needed and drilled right there on site. Then they watched us bowl with our new balls while John worked with us on technique. And then MAGIC. What a difference between our our previous two games and then. The combined years of experience these two men have bowling and teaching and drilling can't be beat. Thanks guys.”

“Blues zone sports is a medium large store that focuses on a number of different outside activities and sports. Bicycles are big ski related items, camping, athletic shoes and boots and more. It is the only sports store in Carson City that you can get help with bicycles on a Sunday or a Monday. I visited on a Sunday needing a valve stem converter from a Schrader to a Presta to get air back in the rear tire of my literally brand new bicycle. A buck a piece, what a deal! Looking at outdoor, foldable chairs. Sorry if you're in need of sports items or you just like window shopping, make a trip to Blue zone sports!”

“I always enjoy shopping at Big 5. Their staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and the store is clean and organized. The staff is also very good at suggesting items that are on sale and asking if you have any questions. You are also welcomed when you come in the door which is very nice. You don’t feel like you’re ignored.”

“I've been visiting this store ever since it opened. I've bought a lot of gear from them. Recently I ordered a handgun which would be shipped to the store, and received an email that it was on the way, and "should" be available for pickup on a certain date ... AND that I would receive another email when it was ready for pickup. That date came and went with no email. Finally I drove to the store and asked about the gun.The gentleman behind the counter, Keith, checked in the computer and advised it didn't show up as delivered. BUT he then went back to make a physical check for it, and returned a few minutes later with the gun. That's great service, because he didn't have to do that. From that point on Keith was an example of what customer service should be!So Boo to Sportsman's for never letting me know where my shipment was, and YAY to Keith for terrific, friendly service.”

“Bought shoes online. They were too small. The lady helped me find the next size up, did the exchange and gave me a little credit on my account because they were slightly cheaper than I paid originally.”
