Last time I went there, they refused to open the fitting rooms, even when it was still 30 mins for closing. I also saw a lady yell at a customer and asked her keep back her trial clothes back on hangers.
Today I opened a folded pajama set, and this lady came running to my aunt who is visiting from canada and yelled at her saying how it’s so rude how we didn’t fold it back.
Which sure I get it, it becomes a hastle but how can we do it perfectly well and fold it, that way we will never be able to shop and will keep folding clothes.
Our mood got so ruined and we couldn’t buy anything. This is the first Kohls where it’s a big deal to use their try rooms and they get so rude because we didn’t keep back the clothes like they were.
Point is you don’t have to yell. You can request.

I ordered online, and received what I believe to be "used" item. Two items purchased, both jammed inside the mailer, with part of the one item caught on sealing flap of envelope! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Shopping for a last minute dress for my wife. The manager tells us they are closing the fitting rooms and that we will need to wrap it up... I ask if she is serious that they are closing the fitting rooms a half hour before the store closes?.... She tells us she only has one employee on the floor and a bunch of go backs... SO yeah, I guess they prioritize the fitting room being clean over selling clothes. Good thing they do Amazon return or they would already be out of business.

Shop at Kohl's occasionally, been to this location numerous times. All good until yesterday (12/6/23).
Went in to pick up a couple ordered were made online. Staff at the front pickup counter was very helpful and nice. While she was assisting me finding items at the self-pickup area, this unprofessional lady who is work there came over and start complaining about big mess they have to deals with these pick up orders. Then she repeatedly told me to pay for shipping fee instead of pick up orders. Customer have choices not to pay for shipping base on Kohl's offers. No one should never get harass by unhappy employee for their choices.
