My 2012 CRV was having some sort of issue with steering or suspension. I had taken my car in 2 different times to my regular mechanic to have other work done. I had pointed out the noise. Two of their mechanics said that they could hear the noise when they drove the vehicle, but they could not troubleshoot it. Okay, that's a bummer. I still know something's wrong with it. Where to go? So, I went to the Next Door app and asked if anybody had a shop they could recommend for steering/suspension. A nice lady mentioned that she had to have a lot of work done to her steering on a Honda CRV and although it cost her a bit of money, she was very happy with the results at Brake Alignment Plus. I scheduled an appointment & got my car in at 8:00 a.m. on a Thursday. Bill was very personable and when I explained that I kept hearing a noise from the front driver side, he said he would check it out. I suggested that we go ahead and do an alignment because I honestly could not remember the last time I had one done. By 3:00 p.m., I still had not heard back from the shop. I was starting to get worried, but didn't want to call because when you're busy working on a car, the last thing you want to do is field phone calls from someone who's overthinking things. Lol. I already was thinking the worst about my 11-year-old vehicle. At 4:00 p.m., Bill called me and said that he found some parts that were loose on the sway bar, etc. Tightened them up. He had taken my car out for a spin and definitely heard the noise I was talking about. He also felt that it did not need an alignment as it was tracking straight. Okay, so let me have it... what's the damage? He told me $63! He basically charged me for a regular inspection of a vehicle. What a steal! If he was the dishonest sort, he could have easily charged me for an alignment in addition to the inspection. So for about $35 cheaper than what I thought I was going to pay to have my car aligned and then see what was wrong with it, he took care of it. I will definitely be back! I appreciate the honesty! I also enjoyed talking about cars with him.

We got our brakes done here for a very reasonable price in September, and due to a faulty part (not the mechanic's fault) we had some grinding and had to go back a few months later. Even though they were extremely busy and we had to come in last minute, they understood our need for a reliable(and safe) car for work and we were able to leave it overnight. Bill and Ed completely honored their work and it was ready the next morning. Very honest and hardworking guys who take care of their customers, they will be our regular brake guys in the region!Service: Brakes
