I’ve currently been waiting 6 days with 0 response from B&R Auto after sending me a defective part (or packing it so poorly that it broke in shipping, one of the two). Messaged daily for days. Have opened a case via the sales platform (eBay), and no response to that either. If there’s a worse yard to buy from, I’d be genuinely shocked. Completely unacceptable. How hard is it to make a situation right? If you value you time/money, AVOID. I tried so hard to resolve pleasantly.

I ordered a part fully paid for and when I got connected with Oregon's office support feedback, they helped make the part delivered to my doorstep. I truly appreciate the assistance in making my wait time more manageable.

I had a door for my Volvo transferred to Carson City from the Eugene, OR yard. It was removed & shipped properly & I got it in great shape! They were even kind enough to load it in the car for me. B&R is the real deal!

When you call the "local number" your are NOT getting to talk to anyone at that particular yard, in my case it was the Carson City Nv. yard I wanted to speak to regarding a engine my auto shop needed, BUT...instead your talking to a call center in Oregon and to someone that has no idea of the part or parts because he's not at the particular yard that you may want to purchase from, has no idea of even the part, he told me there were none available in Carson City until I gave HIM their stock number (from Car-part.com) then all of a sudden there it was, he then found it. NO THANK YOU!! I WILL DEAL WITH A DISMANTLER WHERE I CAN TALK TO SOMEONE AT THE LOCATION I AM WANTING TO BUY FROM, no I will not deal with any business that thinks they can pretend to have customer service for a yard that's 500 miles away and answer questions about your particular part you need when he can and will never see it first hand. I will never understand a business model that operates like this, the owners are completely out of touch with their buyer. This is a wrecking yard you're selling everything from engines to seats and fenders how the hell can you answer a question about that exact part when yo can't even see it ?? IM better off buying blindfolded !! GET your head out of your ass B&R !!! Remember, if you want to deal with a real Dismantler make sure your talking to the yard you want to do business with NOT SOME DAMN CALL CENTER, !!!!So pissed !!! And try car-part.com. And it it's at B&R Auto Dismantling .....PASS !!

I needed a wheel as a spare tire for 2013 Sienna Van. I went on-line and asked for referrals and received numerous texts, emails and calls from people in distant parts of the country that seemed a bit shady. so, I physically went to B & R Auto Wrecking and spoke with Jesus (at the counter) who hooked me up with a used OEM wheel for my van at a very fair price. Absolutely easy to do business with and I will go back when looking for other parts.
