Jackie was extremely unprofessional and went way above her position as a tax preparer.I had an extreme loss as a real estate agent in 2023. My expenses were more than my income. But called me to question how I supported my self. I told her it was none of her business. Because it’s NOT!!! Even tho I ALSO have a regular job!!!! On top of my real estate licenseDoesn’t matter if I make $1500 or $100,000 in real estate. I STILL HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY 1099.She said it seemed sketchy!!! I have receipts that my expenses were more than my income.She again kept asking “well then how are you supporting your self” and again it was none of her business. I still have an income I have to report.Extremely unprofessional of her!!! Extremely disappointed and disgusted that she felt it was necessary to ask me how I support my self. Will NEVER come back into that place.To make it worst she was unprofessional prior to this conversation. I did the drop off option. After a week of not hearing from her I called her to ask her for an update. She then told me “no you need to schedule an appointment to come in because I don’t have time to do them” so what was the point of dropping off.About 2 hours later that’s when our conversation above happened.

Made an appointment for 3 PM today, sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes (255-315) while my tax associate helped someone without an appointment, then I left because they couldn't show the basic decency to keep a GD appointment.
