There is a delivery guy that delivers packages from this specific location. Lying and saying he Delivered my package and did not ! His co workers covering up for him acting like they have no clue. So sad but I’m a let karma play it’s course. I’ll be getting a full refund for my stolen merchandise either way.

This place deserves 0 stars. My package was “delivered” on May 7th but it was not there. I called over 4 times just to get a geo location for my package but every time someone would have some sort of excuse of why they can’t provide me more info, and every single time I get someone “promising” to call me back but I never got any. I was extremely patient this entire time, I just wanted to know if the package was left in the mail room or not so I know what to file the case under (delivered to the wrong place or stolen). At this point I don’t know if they were just all lying to me or straight not care

Received the rest of my scanned mail, except my check. A guy name Keelon was responsible for our mail route. I never had an issue with my mail being delivered until now. Management claim they would get ahold of him to see what happened then get ahold of me. They never called me, I had to keep calling them. They kept giving me the run around, then tells me I have to call IRS to get another one reissued; which they fail to realize how long of a process that will take and fail to realize I have bills, that wont wait. I do not trust them handling my mail AT ALL!

I was watching out my window Friday and the mail person Keenan tossed my package on my porch. Inside was a porcelain frog for my mother..I chased him down and asked him why he didn't bring it up to my door. He said he didn't toss it he dropped it over my railing and they don't have to come to the door because of covid-19...I then watched him walk up the stairs to my neighbors door.. He was extremely rude while I was speaking to him. What is the procedure for packages? All the other delivery services walk up my 3 steps and set it down outside my door or put it inside the screen door. Might change my mind next time I need to send a package!

The USPS Mail System in Omaha, NE in general is beyond SORRY! And this place takes the cake. Like it's been at least 4-5 times my mail has been put in the wrong place. And I'm literally thinking someone has stolen my package but instead the mailmen and women just don't know how to use simple fundamentals of reading! It's not hard match the address on the package to the corresponding mailbox. That's literally all it is!

If I could give no stars, I would. This place is beyond frustrating and incompetent. I've done hold mail requests twice when I've gone on vacation and unfortunately this is the post office where I have to pick up my mail. Both times I specified in my request that I would pick up the accumulated mail. The first time, the carrier delivered it to my mailbox without notifying me so I drove all the way over here and no one could figure out where my mail was. I ended up checking my mailbox days later and the so called people at this post office didn't even bother to call and follow up. This second time, I once again specified to hold ALL mail and packages while I was away for 2 weeks yet the carrier delivered my package to my apartment like 2 days after my hold mail request went into effect. I had to continuously call a lady named Kim about 3-4 times in one day just to pick up my package and hold it after I was assured that my package would be held. I finally come back from vacation, head to the post office to pick up my accumulated mail and there's no package or mail for me! I went home to check my mailbox and package room, there is also no mail. To say that I am livid is an understatement. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with a supervisor because all supervisors go home by 3 yet they close at 4:30. With?So I have to go to bed not knowing where any of my stuff is and that's supposed to be okay? I am never doing a hold mail request ever again because these people are lousy and irresponsible with other people's belongings.

I have lived in the same apartment complex for 2.5 years. Prior to living in this part of town, I have always had good service from the postal service. But since the day I moved in I have had nothing but problems with these post office delivery carriers. From mail not being delivered or lost packages never showing up, even though tracking says "out for delivery". Normally the packages in question show up a day or so later. I have determined its probably due to some burned out individual that hates their job and is probably too lazy to take the time to run it to my apartment or the office. On numerous occasions I have waited outside and had to flag the carrier down to get my stuff. I have opened numerous cases with them and even gone up there but to no avail. The only thing I normally get is excuses and nobody's ever held accountable! This is the purpose to this review, to hold them accountable for their shortfalls that they never fix. I will update or remove this review altogether once I get word from the postal service and see change in the way they do business. On a positive note I know they have it hard, and I wouldn't want their position but at least follow through and not lose anybody's stuff. Thank you to all the postal service workers, I do appreciate you, but I would like to see a little more effort while out delivering mail in my area.Peace!!

They like to not give me my packages. My name and apt # is on the mailbox and I get other things delivered to me but for some reason usps doesn’t like me. This place is the worst.
