West Omaha: Drivers refuse to ring the doorbell to let us know there is a package outside even though we have a sign politely asking them to do so. The "proof of delivery" photo is a photo of our house taken from the street that's too blurry to show anything, let alone a package. I would call UPS, but that's a massive waste of time as it just takes me from one automated menu to the next until it hangs up on me. FedEx drivers aren't always better, but at least real people talk to me when I call and issues are actually addressed.

Didn't deliver a small kettle a small box from Amazon, you don't have to leave it in mailbox just leave at door. Very lazy and complicated way of tracking. Wouldn't tell you which location to pick up.

Driver is lazy, he drives in my yard up to my back door, over newly planted grass seed and freshly laid rock for our sidewalks to be put in. Didn't realize that the 20 feet from the street was that far. We will be claiming it against your insurance. Bobcat service is 150 an hour and dirt and rock and a hourly rate for the landscaping

Driver would not deliver my package and said it needed a signature even though it wasn’t required. Didn’t ring my door bell just a light knock but was on his phone complaining to someone about having to move a futon. Maybe if they were a bit more attentive while at work and not focused on personal problems they would be able to read if a package requires a signature or not. UPS is awful

Never once have I been able to speak to a live person when picking up a package. Instead I spend hours with a robot or trying over and over to speak to someone.

Tried to call several times to report a delivery driver.. Couldn't get a live agent. The computer literally refused to connect me. Had a delivery at 1:27pm package said fragile. The driver. Not exaggerating..threw it at the porch and it hit the glass door. Hard enough we could hear it in a different area of the house!
*Response to "owner" -:I did try to connect on FB Messenger..it is also a computer response. Asking if I wanted to update my address! I posted on Facebook UPS comment section..I have not gotten a response.

At this point, having gone from thinking UPS must be better than other postal options, it appears there is absolutely no way of getting past the AIs (who can't understand a simple question) to get something diverted to a different address once shipped.
They cannot understand delivery instructions so packages are left out in the open to be stolen too.
No further business will be done with UPS by me.

I have no other option than to leave a 1-star review, because there is no way to talk to a live customer service agent. Robot NEVER connects you with anyone and just drops the call at the end.
I have a delivery scheduled today, May 22 between 3:45 P.M. - 7:45 P.M. 1Z...544187 to 68144. Now it's 5:40pm. The UPS driver stopped next to my house at 4:57. Sit there for some time and left at 5:01, never delivering my package. I've got this on camera. This is not the first time the drivers just ignore a package and then mark it as "unable to deliver" or smth like that. The drivers are just slackers. And no consequences for them.
I tried to TALK to a UPS rep for 30 minutes on all phone numbers found online - nowhere there is a live person to talk to.
ADD A NORMAL OPTION TO TALK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE!!!

How is it possible that they didn't leave the package at home and they wanted me to sign for the package as if you were already asleep when they say they laugh that I signed for a package at 12:00 at night wow ? and then you have to run because They saw the offices early

Amazingly no one seems smile, after waiting in line for 20m I was told I had to find a UPS store, I laughed and asked where the closet one was, he responded, I don't know lol, looks like FedEx gets my package from now on
