Amazingly no one seems smile, after waiting in line for 20m I was told I had to find a UPS store, I laughed and asked where the closet one was, he responded, I don't know lol, looks like FedEx gets my package from now on

Was told to be home to return a package on Amazon. Wasted a day waiting. The driver never rang. Just left a return label on my porch. Now I have to go to a drop location.
