Customer service was excellent! Above and beyond. The way customer service used to be once upon a time, I received here.
I needed fuses for my car. Size 15.
The gal at the counter asked me if she could help me. I told her I needed fuses. She came out from behind the counter and showed me where they were. She the. Asked me how many I needed. I told her just one. She suggested that I get the variety pack. It has the one I wanted and the other different sizes in case I needed a different size later. I thought that was a good idea. She even told me they were the same price so I didn't have to even ask.
She took me back to the counter and rang me up. She was not judgmental. I lost a crown in the front of my mouth. Most people just stare or treat me a little differently but she spoke to me like she didn't notice at all.
To the woman that helped me! Keep being you! You are awesome!
FYI readers. If someone has some obvious tweets missing, it's now always because of drugs or because one is trashy or even old. It could be due to trauma and it takes at a minimum 6 months for each step to get a tooth replacement. I lost a 30 year old crown so now I'm getting it replaced. It takes several steps before some things can happen.

I’m ONLY!! Giving Jacob a good review. I was here on the 4th of November and ordered a relay. It wouldn’t be here until the next day. He had to put up a note in order to use the bathroom because he doesn’t have any help. He was in the process of putting up the note when I pulled in. He refused to have me wait and waited for me and another customer to enter and finish before going to the rest room. That’s great customer service and very much appreciated. It did make me look down on Oriellys because there were more than 7 employees at the store on J. Nobody should have to wait to use the restroom like that. Also, that’s unsafe to have one person only there.The next day when my relay came in he was there alone again. I had two 20’s My part was $20.40 He couldn’t give me $19.60 cents back in change so I had to borrow a dollar from another customer. Really embarrassing for a customer. Jacob seemed a little offended when I complained about having to borrow a dollar from someone else but I’m sure he is really frustrated that he doesn’t have change for a customer because of lack of leadership help or other employees to help. He needs help and a promotion. I don’t know him at all. I give lots of reviews out on google because I see employees being treated horribly all the time.

Looking for a tool that seems no one carries. Unless u buy a full kit. That's to much for only needing one peace.
