A U-Haul with gas would have cost me about $1100 and I would've had to drive the truck with my car attached to the back through denver traffic and for 9 hours.. scary! It cost me $100 more (which was a 100% worth it) to use upack and the process was seamless. My stuff was delivered within 6 days 3 states away! I highly recommend if anyone is making a cross state move. 5/5!”

Kevin and Sanford provided excellent service on Sunday May 2nd. They did a great job and it only took about 20 minutes I would highly recommend them.”
“Easy to find, only one mile away from the Love's truck stop. South lot has plenty of room to maneuver but the North lot..... not so much. Naturally they sent me to the North lot but luckily there was only one other driver there at the time. Staff was friendly/courteous. Loading time was fairly quick. Make sure your trailer is clean before you get there because they will check. They will give you your paperwork and seal as soon as you check in. You are free to go as soon as you get the green light at the dock”

“I've worked in a warehouse for the past 18 years. Old Dominion delivers maybe 3-4 times a month. I've always had good service with them. Even with freight claim situations. Today 10/28/22 will go down in infamy. We received 3 pallets of tube heaters. Shipped from Georgia to Lincoln. Pallets were 10 foot long, 50 inches wide, each carrying 10 tube heaters. 49 pcs total. This is one the loads I dread every year as we stock up for winter. (*this comment does not reflect on Old Dominion but past carriers)* Usually every year when we receive this product most of the pallets are half ripped apart and the stacks are slumping over. To understand what a headache this is, every box is 10 foot long 1 foot in height and can weigh up to 200 lbs. It can be a real b****** to move and unload. Today was different. I walked into the OD trailer and saw our load was IMMACULATE!! No splintered broken pallets, all straps were intact. Even the shrink wrap was going strong. I thanked the driver who was cool AF over and over. It brought a huge smile to my face. I appreciate it and my job appreciates it. You saved us a lot of time and profanities.”

The crew who unloaded had a tight window between snow storms to unload a very big lot with many heavy things - I have over 5,000 books and the shelving to go with them. They did a great job of protecting the house from the snow on the ground. They worked well together and with me. And they remained cheerful and pleasant through the whole process. They were a great group of guys.”
