There seems to be a pattern with The Store. Apparently according to all the other reviews that was the first customer this morning almost ran out of gas coming back from the airport and I got gasAnd a couple other things the pump didn’t turn on which it should’ve automatically. They told me that I didn’t pay for the gas so I paid for it for the second time when I pulled up my account there was another $10 taken off of it. this is what makes it bad when foreigners come in, I will be there later today to retrieve what they stole from me that is it what that is, theft, plain and simple.I would hate to think that I would have to tell her please report regarding the situation they knew exactly what they were doing when they did it. It seems to be a husband and wife when I called to ask about it I had to call at least six times before she answered, and then hung up on me when I started to explain, I probably should just bring a plate with me. When I come somebody needs to hold these people accountable. This apparently seems to be repetitive. The reviews are despicable may need to run these people back out of our country, this is what makes it so shameful I hate a thief and a liar.

Have a hard time deciding if I ever want to come back, the worker who was sat in the chair on his phone ignored me at the counter, then when he finally started to help me he was extremely rude and refused to help me put my number in for the discount, told me he was the boss and that I should never come to his store again. This is not the first time something has happened with him. He is a taller tan man with short brown hair and dark facial hair. If he's the boss, he definitely shouldn't be.

I rarely give one star . And, this is supposed to be gas station ( fill your vehicle and leave ) . I do like megaSaver for the bargain prices. But , I was really disappointed at how incompetent the staff are ( 2 female sat 4:00 pm 2/5/2021 shift ). I went inside to get the 5c discount . Start filling the car . And went back inside to get some coffee .then , I realize that the discount was not added. I went back to enquire about her mistake , so it won’t occur to other ppl. She instead hinted towards me coming back, to grab something’s without paying for it (aka stealing ) , that extremely threw me off. megasver lost a loyal customer .

I wish I could give this place something lower than 1 start. This company needs to hire associates that can actually count money and are capable of giving the right change back. I called corporate to let them know about some of the employees at this store but they didn't do or will do anything about it. It took five days for corporate to answer the phone call so I can imagine they do not care about some of the issues going on here. Save your money, it is not worth it and visit the store on 42 and Grover. At least you get treated a little better there.

The lovely manager that took cash from me due to lack of electricity for cigarettes gave me the wrong brand yesterday. Literally I hadn't even opened them all the way where she said I can't take those back. It's whatever becauseit was a CASH transaction...I hope the next customer that tosses wrong cigarettes hits you right between your cross-eyed face.
