Subpar customer service. Over the counter person didn’t even bother reviewing the diagnostics of the issue with me. Estimates on prices for services are way above market average.

It was sober, dogmatic. "The total is $2,348."
I asked for warranty info, the boy got his manager. More dry facts from the paperwork. Manager leaves. Done. It wasn't the most friendly, hospitable or appreciative place. I went there as a result of Stars. Didn't feel valued by any means. Kind of like a hospital clinic. Get them in and out.
Asked for comprehensive analysis & repair of car. I still don't have an inside light & it wasn't noticed.
