Bought my sons football helmet here last season. It still fits for this season but a clip broke during a practice this past week. Long story short brought it in to Hauffs and they took care of it for me free of charge with A+ customer service!

Hauff sports saved the day! They had a quick turnaround and shipped and got to me within a few days. They also personally emailed me to give me the update on order. I will definitely be sharing this business in future for volleyball shoes.

Great sporting goods store. Nice people. They have what you're looking for and have answers. If you're looking for a franchise with associates that don't know a bat from a hockey stick.....this is not for you.

This place is so out to date it's not even funny. If you are looking to buy an 80's jacket you are in the right place but anything else.... WALK AWAY AND DO NOT ENTER. I've tried to buy 3 separate items for reffing and all 3 had to be returned due to not being up to date on NSAA standards. This place is a complete joke and the staff barely show up to work.. When you walk in there is no-one there to help you.. Worst place in Omaha for sports attire or equipment.. Avoid this place at all costs.

Jersey headquarters! I had been searching in town, this place has it. Ball gear loaded! Price is comparable from online. Clerk knew inventory well, quick stop shop.

Steve Aden has always done a great job in meeting my needs for football equipment. Always prompt and respectful. Ive done business with them for over 20 years- left for a brief while for an internet company- then came back when that company didnt get me my helmets on time- and I ordered them in April.

This is the 3 rd year that Hauffs has totally dropped the ball on my order for new football uniforms, football's and helmets. I placed my order the beginning of Aug. The main reason I was prompted to submit this "bad" review is because the salesman instead of owning up to his mistakes blamed the high school head coach. Now the head coach showed me the order, all of the above me ironed items were on there. Like I said this is not the first time they have screwed up the order or did not follow through. And as a side note not once have they offered any kind of compensation for the trouble they caused. This will be the last time I but from them.

Staff provided false information about the goods available for purchase. I wasted about an hour of my time and readjusted my whole schedule to get there only to be told that they had no idea who spoke to me or what could have happened. Ending quote was " I don't know what to tell yah" not even an apology.
