They never have change to give back and i wasn’t even paying with a big bill. All they had to give change was in Pennys. And the customer service skills lack a lot in that store. Might as well close down the store in that location.

About a month ago I went in and bought a few things and was double charged for my daughter's underwear. I went back the next day with my receipt to get the matter resolved but because the manager wasn't there the cashier wasn't allowed to give me a refund. The hrs they usually work, I'm at work myself and I'm not mobile so it's hard catching the manager. I had to take a loss on my money because of this. And this is also the 3rd discrepancy I've had with this sore concerning my money...ugh

Bought over $100 in stuff, wanted to pay with a hundred dollar bill & have $4 charged on my visa, cashier does that transaction backwards, she charges $90 on my visa and takes the rest out of the hundred, which messed up my bank account. I asked her to fix it she refused. Next day I decided to have my relative take a couple items back about $10 in stuff, he was rudely told no return and no refund for clearance items. He came back out to car rather upset about whole ordeal so I tried to go in and return a rug that wasn't a clearance item but should of been because the package was opened and item was damaged and was told no return , no refund.We bought a rug that was opened out of package, charged $8 more than rug cost price on shelf because the employees went back to rug isle & took paper from another rug to ring up. Next day, we changed our mind about $30 plus tax rug, that was supposed to be $22. along with a few other items we decided we didn't really need. Big bossy manager , who I felt threatened by the way she was screaming at me, giving me crusty stares, she acted like she wanted to fight me or pounce on me, she came screaming from clear in back of store to front "nope I am not returning that rug, you opened it". I told her we bought the rug opened go look on your camera footage, "nope no refund, no returns". At this point I became very frustrated because rug was opened on shelf when we bought it & not only did she accuse me of opening a rug that I didn't open, she refused to do any refund or return plus screamed at me in front of everyone in store very loudly and very rudely. Then she stood there starring at me until I left the store, she was probably disappointed she didn't get to attack me physically. I wanted to buy a movie and something to drink but forget that I wanted to get out of this store before big bertha attacked me.This manager needs fired right now! This isn't how a manager treats a customer that just spent a couple hundred dollars at your store and wants to return an item they changed their mind on, plus it had a snag, weird smell and no where in store does it say they don't do returns, actually if you look on website it says (returns are accepted within 30 days).We will not be returning to this location to buy anything ever again. This whole store is a hot mess, with prices being altered and changed, nothing labeled with correct prices. Cookies we bought were rock hard I didn't even ask to return those after getting screamed at for 10 minutes no return no refund.Manager isn't following the rules for returns, manager isn't professional at all. Employees are outside chain smoking and putting cigarettes out on the store walls. We want an apology and we have already wrote the Better Business and disputed the charges with our credit card company. Managers actions is not how you run a business! If you read the reviews this manager seems to have quite a few complaints. Get rid of her before she attacks a customer for trying to return a simple item.

Went to the store at 8.35 AM. The cashier was smoking outside and said she would open the store once she was done with her (special) cigarette. Even though the store open timing said 8 AM right in front of her face, she wouldn't let me enter.

The manger with the gold grills is very unprofessional wants to fights customers u til she sees your not scared to defend yourself told me I couldn’t shop to but I wasn’t banned then after I told her to call the police to solve the issue she wants to act like it me until they asked her the same thing I WAS ASKING FROM THE JUMP and did all this at her last manager job with Popeyes on 30th she’s 30+ needs to do better
