Repair shops and dealerships can be an intimidating place, but the team at this Brakes Plus made sure that was not the case! The manager, Chris, ensured all my questions were answered and I felt comfortable throughout the process. Would recommend!

Management has changed here! They were extremely thorough in explaining my needs. At first it was such a high price, and they explained immediately that it was just a discussion and worked their way down from everything to whats necessary/quick fixes and what may happen along the way and not to be alarmed. I've worked with this manager before and he's always friendly and assures me everything on my vehicle is needed and why!

Stopped into this location for an oil change and who was there but Chris Dewald! It was wondering seeing him again because I've had great experiences in the past with him from his older location. I'll definitely be coming back to here in the future!

I'm not sure when they switched things up, but I am loving the new management. Chris was very helpful in offering some recommendations for service. Went in for an oil change, will be coming back for brakes! Great service!
