Got my screen replaced here, they ended up not properly cleaning my camera, and now my camera won’t stop getting filthier, and my Face ID no longer works. Poor screen quality too.

Avoid for cell phone screen repair. They were unable to open a Samsung S22 and the phone worked worse after being in their possession.

Ordered online & within minutes my order was available to be picked up - amazing! Quite a nice selection of items available in store. I did call ahead to confirm someone else won't have any issues grabbing my order & the staff member on the phone was kind and helpful. I have heard many others have great experiences here just walking in & getting help with any battery needs. This is why I chose to support this location & get my item here. It's nice to have brick and mortar stores to be able to get our items & I'm happy to support especially when the customer service is great!

If you need a battery in your flashlight, I believe battery plus will do a fine job. If, however you need a battery in your i-phone run, don’t walk. They do not know the proper procedure for replacing an i-phone battery, it’s not the same as a flashlight battery. I ended up having to replace my i-phone. 1 star is not justified.

Don't stupidly take your car ignition/key fob cuz your car indicator light came on to change the battery ( like it won't start very soon because battery getting low). I was charged $28.00 for them to change 2 cr2032 3 V batteries on key fobs. Came home and checked Amazon- 4 batteries for $6.00. I'm so pissed at myself assuming a special tool was needed to change the battery. Clerk on 132nd & Center reluctantly did not hide his tool from me and offered 22.00 for a lifetime battery change per battery. What a racket. Would never go in another one of those rip off places.
