I have banked at this location for several years. I have both personal, business, and savings here. The staff has always been very friendly and very willing to help. I highly recommend this bank and this location. It's very convenient for NW Omaha.

This is more of a review for Peggy, not Bank Of The West itself. Peggy is too busy gossiping on the phone. She has no concern or care for her customers. If you want great professional customer service, I do recommend the BOTW on 90th between Fort and Maple. They are wonderful there and always makes you feel welcomed.
