Won't answer the phone. I'd drive over there to tell them to unbox my shipment that's been sitting there for nearly a month and send it off to the next carrier so it could continue its journey to me, except I live across the country so I cant. All was moving fine through the system but has now just stopped here and I can't get a hold of anyone at this store. Why don't any USPS answer the phone? Or at least check voicemails daily before close, address them and then clear there voicemail box. Simple simple simple.

My Amazon package is marked on the website today as Out for Delivery. The same package is marked on my Informed Delivery email (through the usps) as In Norfolk but scheduled for delivery on Saturday. Saturday!? Why does it take two days to deliver a package that is in a tiny little town of less than 40 thousand people? I called the USPS hotline, they told me to call my local post office. I attempted to call them 6 times, no one answered and their voicemail was full. The post office in this town is seriously letting us all down. It's getting ridiculous. This is not the first time something like this has happened, this is just the first time I have publicly complained.

They had a new person do my route, I saw 2 Mail trucks on the road at 9am it’s now 7:45pm and I saw 4 Mail trucks pass my house at 5pm and I have yet to receive my mail or my package the normal guy that does my route gets my mail and packages to me by 12-1 this is ridiculous! Get a new mail delivery person?

My package is supposed to be here on Friday 27, 2023. But it didn't and it has been 3 or 4 days. My sister order a clear/pink waterbottle that contain charms and sticker. Do a better job cause If I don't get it in time. I better get a refund. This never happened before. :(

Since we have started getting floating mail carriers the past 3 months or longer, we either don't get our mail or it isn't delivered til almost 7pm. When our normal carrier was delivering we always got our mail no later than 4pm and all of our mail was delivered.
