They sadly took advantage of an older lady who does not understand the technology and that there was nothing wrong with her current phone. I tried to contact the store to talk to them and they have an answering service who tried to reach them directly and they did not answer which I understand means they are helping customers but their service left the message to contact me as soon as they could and they have not reached out. So for my mother who had a phone that she constantly shuts the volume off thinks her phone is broke because it doesn't ring now has a new phone and new 2 year contract when she didn't need it period. Be ware!

Nate, the sales person was so kind and friendly also had so much knowledge of the phones. I have been going to Saint Jo e Missouri, Not anymore it’s the Nebraska city is my new store for sure and Nate is my sales person!! Great personality!!

Verizon is the worst company. We have been trying to get a refund for 6 months. Now they say it's been too long. Yes because you keep saying it will be in our account Ina few days. Never got done. Now we're out over 100..dollars

Nate was INCREDIBLE!! We brought in a broken iPhone 8 and he worked his Verizon magic!! The screen was only usable on a small strip of the screen so it couldn’t connect to WiFi, type authentication numbers, and other important things. He spent almost 2 hours working through each detail to get to the next step working with a hot spot on my phone and getting authentication numbers that were in that sweet spot. He made it all happen and went above and beyond!! He needs a raise.

We were visiting from Kansas and needed to get a new phone for a family member who lives in Iowa. We were worried it would be a complicated mess, but Elsie knew exactly what to do and made the experience quick and easy! I’m very thankful and please with her customer service and knowledge.

An update to your reply:No, I'm not wasting my time by emailing you. If you can't provide us with your LOCAL number then we're not interested!Our local Verizon doesn't even have a local number. Instead it goes to a call center where you get some clueless person that doesn't speak English. I went through 4 people in one day and not 1 would answer my questions. They're also very rude. I guess I'll have to stick with US Cellular.

Everyone was very professional and helpful even making sure my old Samsung calendar data got transfered to my new phone even though it wouldn't transfer when everything else did. She didn't give up and she found the problem and everything worked.

Worst service ever! Total waste of my time. All they want to do is shove new phones down your throat. It’s nothing but a marketing front! Will never go back. I’ll drive to Omaha to a real Verizon store where they appreciate my 23 years as a customer. I feel sorry for the old people that go into this store and get scammed.
