I have used Walgreens’ Pharmacies all over Lincoln and Omaha and this experience made me never want to come back to this location. The pharmacy support staff is amazing and the one woman I encountered works very hard at her job. It is obvious she is overcompensating for the rest of the office. The younger female pharmacist was very rude and dismissive. Her tone was short as if she had better things to do than address a simple question I had over documentation that was necessary for my place of employment. I work in healthcare myself and know that it can be busy and require multitasking, however she didn’t even look away from her computer when speaking to me and again, was so rude. I have never felt so ignored or disrespected from a healthcare worker before. She is someone I would not want as a colleague or ever refer patients to.

An employment nightmare, applied as a pharmacy technician with all the proper qualifications. Due to a lack of hours, the store director suggested me to the shift lead position while assisting as pharmacy technician(a violation of the equal pay act), my first application was denied due to finishing the assessment “too fast”. Asked to provide a second application under a different email, only to be denied both positions. Text book definition of the run around and just incredibly unprofessional

I'm so fed up with Walgreens I finally transferred all of my prescriptions somewhere else. I noticed in my app that some of my pickup history was missing, so I contacted their online chat where they said due to state laws the couldn't help me and I would need to call to get it fixed. They mark medications as having an insurance issue if you order a few days in advance, and their technology is so behind their poor staff is always short and they aren't open on weekends anymore. Instructions for how to process my medications have been ignored and I've had way too many issues constantly (assuming this a technology issue, not a staff issue). I'm wondering why big pharma companies are making billions of dollars a year from overcharging on medications but they can't improve their system. What's the point of an online pharmacy if I have to call all the time. I'm fed up and over it.

I've been using this pharmacy for about a year now, several of the people working are nice, but the close early a lot of the time the last experience, I just had surgery so my brother was picking up for me, he called to say he was going to be there closer to 5:55 wanted to make sure someone would be there and they said they were planning on closing at 5:45, but if he made it before then he could get my prescription. He showed up about 5:44 stood at pharmacy counter seeing people in the back but nobody would help him! So he finds a regular employee stocking shelves, asks her if someone in the pharmacy could help him, she goes back and they are rude to her saying you ring him up, were busy getting the weekend order's ready! The are closed Saturday and Sunday! So now I have to find another pharmacy that isn't concerned about leaving early for the weekend!

Get you prescriptions filled at a different Walgreens. They are rude and treat you like trash. Will happily give my money to a different store.

Good people, but hours suck. Apparently they are short pharmacists. Soo, hours for Pharmacy cut way back, I think completely closed on weekends., early closed multiple other days. Multiple times, I have received notification of a scrip, then when was able to get in to pick it up, they were closed. By the time get a chance to pick up, the meds returned to shelf, so long wait time to pick up. If don't know if have meds there, often can't call to ask, since the pharmacy is closed.

Pharmacy is never open. It's essentially a dirty convenience store.

Not enforcing mask mandate at pharmacy.People getting Covid vaccines with people standing around maskless. It's a pharmacy. Management needs to enforce the mandate. Will not be shopping there again. I was picking up a prescription for a family member in hospice, and I need to keep him safe..

After being in the Emergency Room, I asked to get life saving prescriptions delivered since I wasn't well enough to pick it up myself, and spoke to an extremely rude woman, who said I HAD to show up to get the prescription and I couldn't have it delivered. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and a SHAM business! They basically told me to die on the floor of my apartment without the medication that I was willing to PAY to have delivered!

Whoever handle the hiring process on this place needs to check it twice who they hire. Customer service isn’t for everybody and it isn’t for Michelle. I understand the shortage of TP and paper towel and it is just fair to give other people a chance to get some but you shouldn’t assume anything and tell your co-cashier not to sell it to them because they’re family. Being related doesn’t mean you guys live in the same household don’t be a d*** cashier and broad your knowledge next time. Customer service isn’t for you.

I have been going to this Walgreens for nearly ten years. Everyone has been super nice and helpful. I enjoy going there. Sometimes they are super busy and there might be a bit of a wait but that is understandable. No complaints at all from this senior citizen.

Nancy, a pharmacist, who normally doesn’t work at the 48th & VanDorn Walgreen’s, helped me with an insurance issue today. She went way over and above the call of duty to help me solve the problem. Walgreen’s should be very proud to have Nancy an employee. Thank you, Nancy!
