The employees are always helpful and understanding. They’re polite, and there’s hardly a wait!

I've been coming to this post office since I was little with my mom (I'm 30 now), I've always had a positive experience. Even when it's busy and I know the workers must be stressed, they still work hard and steady through the line and I've never had them make a mistake.

Really poor customer service. I show up a couple minutes before 5 pm (they close at 5) with my prepaid usps ground printout. It took me a couple of minutes to prep my package and pull out my printout. All I needed were a couple strips of packing tape to secure the label to the package. The door was shut and locked, but I could see some employees closing up and I knocked and asked for tape. I was told it was 5 o’clock and they were closed (it literally was 5:00 pm on the nose). It’s great to see my tax dollars is going to support. Such great customer service. Thanks, USPS.

Walked in 5 minutes before closed with other patrons also coming in at the last minute, and you could not tell it was the "last minute rush". They were all very kind and helpful despite being ready to close the front office.

I hate writing reviews because I usually get over incidents really quickly however I have to say something. I had the single worse experience I’ve ever had with any establishment. Melvin was so impossibly rude and dismissive of me and what I was asking help for. He even had the nerve to inform me how long he’s been employed at USPS as if that was a free pass to act the way he was. Someone needs to read all of these reviews and think long and hard if they want this person to continue working for the post office. I’ve never had issues with this location before and even would travel out of my way to go to this location just for the assistance. I will now travel out of my way just to avoid Melvin.

Very rude gentleman, I wanted to mail cologne to a friend , and he said that cannot be mailed which is fine , I understand, but he said I have to pay for the envelope that I wrote on , and he said if I messed up I would pay for it , but to me it was a mistake , and how he acted was very unprofessional, Melvin was the rudest person I ever met

I assumed it would be busy (lunch hour) and was happy to wait. Small line that went fast but it was difficult to not overhear one of the workers being rude to the two customers in front of me. I thought little of it (minus that one of them had small children overhearing the employee's harsh words) but soon realized this man was either having the worst day or is just plain mean. Maybe both? Truly a terrible experience with him. Please consider multiple people have reviewed Melvin as being rude but really. He's mean. I will continue to avoid going here and advise you do the same or wait for Marina who is both kind and efficient.

I mailed three tracking envelopes and paid for three tracking envelopes but the front window old employee was acting as he is doing me a favor with very an unacceptable attitude. Whoever in charge needs to work on that it looks many people experience the same situation! it can be seen clearly on the comments

Customer service much...so I'm trying to send a small package to Omaha. The used cardboard box I bring from home, it's ready to go except for the address label and tape for the top. I ask to send it First Class. The US postal worker replies, "For First Class packages, I am not allowed to tape the box. If you send it Priority then I can tape it for you." As we can both see some tape behind the plexiglass. Well being that I wasn't hiding any packaging tape up my butt just for a moment like this, I then asked to send it Priority. The US postal worker replies, "Okay, then I will have to ask you to step out of line and fill out a Priority label so I may help someone else." Because it takes so much time to write down 2 addresses. I stepped out of line and went to FedEx, spent less than 5 minutes there, total. They taped the box. If USPS must adhere to asinine policies sure, if USPS workers want to be smug I'm out. I tried. The 2 stars is for the line moving at a reasonable pace.

Over lunch hour one tenant working. Had to wait in line over 30 minutes for them to help two people. I missed my lunch break and had to leave without shipping my package. ONE person working over lunch hour at a post office. What!?
